Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the finishing of a fitting hole and to obtain the subject easily disconnectable rod by forming a specific resin layer on the inner surface of a fitting hole at an end of the 2nd rod member and inserting a fitting piece of an end of the 1st rod member made of a resin containing high-strength fibers into the fitting hole of the 2nd rod member. CONSTITUTION:A fitting piece 1 is formed at an end of a cylindrical 1st rod member R1 made of a resin containing a high-strength fiber such as carbon fiber and glass fiber. A fitting hole K capable of accepting the fitting piece is formed at an end of a 2nd rod member R2 and a resin layer 2 containing a fiber having not so high strength, e.g. cotton or polyester is formed on the inner surface of the fitting hole.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a side-by-side connecting rod and a method for manufacturing the rod, and more specifically, a first rod member and a second rod member are arranged along the axial direction of the rod, and the first rod is also provided. A fitting hole is formed at the end of the second rod material side of the material, and a fitting piece that can be inserted into the fitting hole is formed at the end of the second rod material on the first rod material side. The present invention relates to an improvement of a parallel joint rod in which a first rod member and a second rod member are connected by inserting one piece into a fitting hole.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, in a rod having the above structure, a rod material is made by winding a prepreg obtained by impregnating high strength fiber such as carbon fiber or glass fiber with a resin, around a mandrel (core material),
The technique of forming a fitting hole at the end of the first rod material by forming it into a cylindrical shape by firing, and using a rod material formed as described above with a tool of high hardness such as a diamond reamer The inner surface of the rod material by setting the position on the inner surface of the end of the rod material and arranging the glass fiber prepreg when the prepreg is wound around the mandrel as described above. There is a method in which a glass fiber layer is formed on the glass fiber, and the glass fiber layer is subjected to processing such as finishing with a predetermined accuracy using a tool having a high hardness such as a diamond reamer.

The conventional parallel splicing rod will now be considered. As described above, in the case where the rod is formed by using high-strength fiber such as carbon fiber or glass fiber, strength, And, while having a good flexibility, the rod can be formed relatively lightly, but on the other hand,
Since the strength of the fiber is extremely high, in order to finish the fitting hole with a predetermined accuracy, a tool of high hardness such as a diamond reamer is required as described above. Even if formed, since the high-strength fiber is exposed on the inner surface of the fitting hole, when the fitting operation is repeated during use, the fitting piece of the second rod material is worn and fits. The precision may be reduced. Further, in the structure in which the high-strength fiber is exposed on the inner surface of the fitting hole as described above, elastic deformation is not often performed on the inner surface portion of the fitting hole, and therefore, for example, a force is applied in the bending direction. There is room for improvement because it is almost impossible to release the mating (causing the rod material to crack when the force in the bending direction is increased). It is an object of the present invention to easily finish fitting holes, to prevent fitting accuracy from deteriorating even during long-term use, and to easily release fitting, and a manufacturing method thereof. Is to reasonably compose.

A feature of the present invention is that a side-by-side connecting rod in which a fitting piece at an end portion of a second rod member is inserted into a fitting hole at an end portion of a first rod member for connection therewith. In the above, the first rod material is formed into a tubular shape by molding a resin containing high-strength fibers such as carbon fibers and glass fibers, and non-high-strength fibers such as cotton and polyester are formed on the inner surface of the fitting hole. The second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the fitting layer at the end of the second rod member is inserted into the fitting hole at the end of the first rod member. In the method for producing a parallel-joining rod, the first prepreg obtained by impregnating a non-high-strength fiber such as cotton or polyester with a resin is wound around a core material at a position corresponding to an end of the first rod material. After that, resin is applied to the high-strength fiber such as carbon fiber or glass fiber from the outer surface of the first prepreg to the core material at a portion corresponding to the entire length of the first rod material. Winding a second prepreg was immersed,
By firing, the first rod material is formed into a tubular shape, and at the same time, a resin layer containing non-high-strength fiber is formed in the fitting hole portion. The action and effect are as follows. On the street.

When the above features are constructed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, for example, the resin layer 2 containing the non-high-strength fiber is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole K. A tool with a high hardness is not required even when finishing to a predetermined accuracy, and high strength fibers such as carbon fiber and glass fiber are not exposed on the inner surface of the fitting hole K, so compared with conventional rods. Even when the fitting operation is repeated during use, the fitting piece 1 of the second rod material R 2 is less likely to be worn. Further, in the present invention, since the resin layer 2 having a softer property than the non-high strength fiber is formed on the inner surface of the fitting hole K, when the fitting is released by applying a force in the bending direction, This bending operation is allowed due to the deformation of the resin layer 2.

As described above, there is provided a side-by-side connecting rod and its manufacturing method in which the fitting hole can be easily finished, the fitting accuracy is not deteriorated even during long-term use, and the fitting can be released easily. It was reasonably constructed. Particularly, in the present invention, since the inner surface of the fitting hole is deformed relatively flexibly during the fitting operation, there is also an effect that the feeling at the time of this operation becomes good.

A method of manufacturing the first rod material R 1 of this rod is represented as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and in this method, as shown in FIG. 2, it corresponds to the tip of the first rod material R 1. After winding the first prepreg 2 obtained by impregnating non-high-strength fibers such as cotton and polyester with a resin around the mandrel 3 (an example of the core material) at the position where the first rod is attached to the outer surface of the first prepreg 2. A sheet-shaped second prepreg 4 obtained by impregnating high-strength fiber such as carbon fiber or glass fiber with a resin is wound over the mandrel 3 at a position corresponding to the rear end of 1 , and the heat-shrinkable tape 5 is applied to the outer surface of the second prepreg 4. To wind. The second prepreg 4 has a fiber direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the mandrel 3 4A,
4B, which are parallel to each other, and 4C which are orthogonal to each other, are sequentially overlapped and wound.
