題を解決する本案の技術的手段は、扱胴における
スクリユーのピツチ間に軸方向に拡散板を設ける
に当たり、扱胴に対して回動自在に取付け、かつ
先端が重くなるように構成すると共に、スクリユ
ーと拡散板との間に間隔を設けたものである。
