BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in oil tanks and the like, lead wires to which temperature sensors such as thermocouples and temperature-measuring resistors are attached are sometimes attached by penetrating the tank wall. Fourth
What is shown in the figure is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a conventional example in which this lead wire is attached to a wall. In the figure, a is the wall of a container such as an oil tank. One end of the support tube b, which has a lead wire d sheathed with a resin exterior member, is fixed to the wall a to prevent liquid, gas, etc. inside the wall a from leaking to the outside from the attachment part. ing.

However, in the structure of such a mounting part,
Epoxy resin becomes a hardened material, and during use, gaps may be formed between it and the synthetic resin exterior material, which is a soft exterior material. It may leak to the outside through the gaps between the inner surfaces of the epoxy resin. It is desired that the attachment structure for these devices effectively block this leakage. The present invention aims to provide a mounting part structure with good liquid-tightness and airtightness for such lead wires.

The details of the present invention will be explained based on further illustrated embodiments. In the figure, 1 is a wall body such as an oil tank, inside which liquid is built, and the container wall body 1
The lead wire 2 passes through and is covered with an airtight sheathing material.
is attached to the wall body 1 with a mounting member 3 in a manner that maintains liquid-tightness and airtightness. The present invention aims to further provide liquid-tightness and airtightness along the surface portion of the lead wire. That is, the mounting member 3 is a means for penetrating and fixing the lead wire 2 to the container wall,
In the example, a flange 5 is provided on a cylindrical body 4 having a through hole for inserting a lead wire inside, and bolts and
An example is one using a nut 6. This mounting member 3 is a mounting member in which, in addition to the above-mentioned cylinder body 4, flange 5, and bolt/nut 6, threads are formed on the outer surface of the cylinder body 4, and a compression fitting is attached using the screws. etc. are also adopted, and various selections are made depending on the target. As shown in the figure, this mounting member 3 has a mounting part 7 formed by reducing the diameter of a part of the cylinder 4 and forming a thread on its surface, and a side end of which the lead wire 2 is fitted externally. A pipe body 8 for this purpose is integrally extended. A through hole is provided inside these for inserting the lead wire 2 in and out, and a caulking 9 for clamping the outer surface of the lead wire 2 is formed at a proper peripheral edge of the tube body 8. A portion of the lead wire 2 from the tubular body 8 including its 8 ends is tightly sheathed with a heat shrink tube 10. As described above, the heat shrink tube 10 is
Although it is in an outer covering state including at least the end portion of the tube body 8,
By covering the caulking portion 9 as shown in the figure, the mounting strength of the tube 10 is improved. Then, a screw provided at the base end of the tubular support material 11 is screwed into the screw formed on the outer surface of the mounting portion 7 of the mounting member 3, and the support material 11 is attached.
A synthetic resin filler 12 typified by epoxy resin is injected into the space formed between the inner surface of the support material 11 and the heat-shrinkable tube 10 and solidified. The filler 12 is filled between the support material 11, the heat-shrinkable tube 10, and the lead wire 2, and is cured to fix these members to each other, and at the same time, it also provides sealing performance between the inside and outside of the lead wire 2 in the longitudinal direction. Various synthetic resin materials other than epoxy resin can also be used as the material. In the figure, 13 is an internal flexible tube for protecting the lead wire 2, and 14 is an external flexible tube. The outer flexible tube 14 is integrally hardened and fixed by placing its tip inside the filler 12.

By adopting the mounting part structure of the lead wire according to the present invention that has good liquid-tightness and airtightness, the inner and outer sealing properties along the surface of the lead wire 2 are improved.
A first seal is achieved by the caulking 9 provided in the heat shrink tube 10, and a second seal is provided by the contact portion of the heat shrink tube 10. When the lead wire 10 covers the unsheathed portion of the lead wire 2, the seal is further provided by the unsheathed portion, and
Pipe body 8 with caulking 9 and heat shrink tube 1
0 is fixed by the filler 12, so even when vibration is applied to the entire lead wire 2, the surface of the lead wire 2 maintains its sealing property, that is, liquid tightness and airtightness. be. Furthermore, even when the lead wire 2 is subjected to vibrations or external loads, the filler 12 and the support material 11 strongly support it, and at the same time serve as reinforcement for these sealing parts, making it possible to attach it to various mounting locations. It enables adaptation.

In addition, uniform sealing performance can be achieved by crimping the tubular body 8 into an annular shape 9a as shown in FIG. 2A. Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, by crimping the lead wire 2 into a polygonal shape, for example, a hexagonal crimping 9b as shown in the figure, rotation of the lead wire 2 is prevented and a sealing property with excellent mechanical strength is achieved. Or the third
As shown in the figure, highly reliable sealing performance is achieved by providing multiple caulking points.

As described above, the present invention maintains liquid-tightness and airtightness inside and outside along the surface of the lead wire by crimping the tube, sealing with a heat-shrinkable tube, and sealing with a filler to achieve a complete seal. In addition, the filler and support material not only reinforce the lead wire by the pipe body and heat shrink tube, but also reinforce it from the outside, making it possible to secure the main attachment part to the container wall. This allows for a strong installation.
