There are known laminates in which a sheet made of a flame-retardant polymer, such as (abbreviated as abbreviated), is laminated to a base material such as various types of cloth (fabric) or flame-retardant paper, as well as laminates with flocking on one side of the laminate. There is. However, although PVC is generally flame retardant, it has poor heat resistance, and approximately
Because it melts at 200 to 300°C, for example, when a lit cigarette falls onto a PVC sheet, it easily melts and forms pores, which can be used as fillers inside wall materials or flooring materials, such as boards, etc. There was an unavoidable risk of fire spreading to combustible materials such as cotton, felt, and foam. Moreover,
When PVC burns, it releases toxic gas, which poses a risk of death.

On the other hand, JP-A No. 62-7469 discloses that aramid fibers, aramid fibers, Heat-resistant flocked products have been proposed that are electro-flocked with heat-resistant short fibers such as glass fibers, alumina fibers, metal fibers, and carbon fibers and are suitable for use in fields where heat resistance is required, such as building materials and electric wires. However, in this heat-resistant flocked product, all of its constituent materials, such as the base material, adhesive, and short fibers to be flocked, are heat-resistant, and although it is characterized by being nonflammable and flame-retardant, the heat-resistant base material is It is coarse and hard and lacks flexibility compared to ordinary fiber fabrics, and the heat-resistant short fibers that are flocked on top of it are similarly coarse and hard, have little flexibility, and are difficult to dye or color. Because it is a product, its uses as a product are limited, and in addition, the constituent materials are expensive and the product cost is high, so it lacks versatility. In addition, as a heat-melting adhesive, for example, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP) is used, and this adhesive layer is heated to a temperature higher than its melting point to melt it before flocking. Flocking is difficult, and adhesion of the flocked layer of the product when heated above the melting point may become a problem.

The purpose of this invention is to have excellent disaster prevention and fire prevention properties, unlike the above-mentioned PVC, which does not melt when lit by a cigarette, create pores, spread fire to the internal flammable filling, or generate toxic gas. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a non-combustible, non-fusible, heat-resistant flocked sheet useful as a colorful interior or interior sheet, which has the same feel, feel and flexibility as ordinary flocked products.

The heat-resistant flocked sheet of the present invention is made by laminating a heat-resistant film made of a non-combustible, non-fusible organic polymer onto a flexible base material, forming a flocked layer on the surface of this heat-resistant film, and using a heat-resistant adhesive. The present invention is characterized in that it provides a flexible heat-resistant flocked sheet having a noncombustible, infusible organic polymer film layer on the surface of which a flocked layer is bonded.

The figure shows one such heat-resistant flocked sheet of the present invention.
It is a schematic sectional view showing an aspect. As shown in the figure, the heat-resistant flocked sheet 1 of the present invention does not use a heat-resistant film 3 as it is as a base material, but a flexible base material 2 is bonded to one side of this heat-resistant film 3,
It has a structure in which a flocked layer 4 is formed on the other surface.

In the present invention, the heat-resistant film must be made of a nonflammable and infusible organic polymer that does not have a melting point, and has the property of carbonizing at a high temperature, preferably at a temperature of at least 800°C. Preferably, it is formed from an organic polymer. Examples of such organic polymers include aromatic polyamide, polyimide, and polyamideimide, with aromatic polyamide film or polyimide film being preferred.

The thickness of the heat-resistant film made of these non-combustible and non-fusible organic polymers is preferably 6 to 100 microns based on the flexibility or softness of the heat-resistant flocked sheet of the present invention. If it is too thin, it is not desirable in terms of heat insulation and strength. Such a heat-resistant film is flexible, has good shape conformability, and exhibits excellent heat insulation (insulating properties) when laminated with a flexible base material.

In the present invention, it is important that the heat-resistant film is laminated with a flexible base material. In other words, when the flocked layer and the flexible base material layer are integrally composited through a heat-resistant film, the present invention provides heat-resistant properties as a whole even if the flocked layer or the base material layer is not heat-resistant or non-flammable. This is based on the knowledge that even if the flocked layer burns, it will not spread to the base material layer. and,
By integrally combining a flexible base material with a heat-resistant film made from a rigid polymer such as polyimide or aromatic polyamide, we can improve the characteristics of the flexible base material, such as a voluminous texture, This method aims to diversify products by forming a flocked layer that provides various properties such as elasticity in the thickness direction, heat insulation, heat retention, and soundproofing, and has any desired color.

Therefore, as the flexible base layer, one can be selected and used that has characteristics corresponding to the application and product purpose of the heat-resistant flocked sheet of the present invention. For example, foams are preferably used as wall materials, ceiling materials, or automobile interior materials that require heat insulation, soundproofing, and drip-proof properties, and net fabrics are preferably used as base materials for chairs and flooring materials.

In addition to these knitted fabrics and foams, non-woven fabrics, paper, etc. can be used, and flame-retardant fibers or fiber base materials imparted with flame retardance through post-processing may also be used.

Examples of such adhesives include reactive or self-crosslinking polyacrylic ester adhesives;
Thermosetting urethane adhesive, epoxy adhesive,
Examples include polyimide adhesives and polyamide/imide adhesives that have excellent heat resistance.
Furthermore, a flame retardant adhesive may be used to further enhance disaster prevention properties. These adhesives, especially thermosetting and heat-resistant adhesives such as the above-mentioned acrylic, urethane, epoxy, polyimide, and polyamide/imide adhesives, are useful not only for adhesion between the film layer and the base material layer, but also for flocking. Preferably, it is also applied to adhesion of layers.
In this case, the thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably made as thin as possible while maintaining the flexibility of the heat-resistant flocked sheet of the present invention, for example, several microns or less, preferably 1 to 2 microns or less.

Comparative Example A polyvinyl chloride sheet having a thickness of about 30 μm was similarly bonded and laminated to the above-mentioned commercially available flame-retardant paper containing aluminum hydroxide. The flame-retardant paper side of this laminate was attached to a plywood board, and the ash of a lit cigarette was dropped in the same way, and the combustion status was observed. As a result, holes were formed where the ash had fallen, the plywood was scorched through the flame-retardant paper layer, and a pungent halogen odor was observed.
