Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain efficient redialing by starting redialing at a point of time set optionally and clearing the redialing after lapse of a prescribed time thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A speech circuit of a telephone set main body 1 is connected to an exchange via a line. Redialing is commanded to a control circuit 13 by operating a setting key 11 and a redialed telephone number and the redialing time are set by depressing a dial button 12. Thus, the result of operation is stored in a memory 14 via the circuit 13. A comparator circuit 16 compares a time set to the memory 14 with a time from a clock circuit 15 and allows a ringer transmission circuit 17 to send a ringer signal when both times are coincident. Furthermore, the comparator circuit 16 monitors the elapsed time after the transmission of the ringer signal and sends a signal used to clear the redialing to the circuit 13 after lapse of a prescribed time. Thus, the efficient redialing is implemented without redialing being forgotten.

2. Description of the Related Art Many telephone devices including a key telephone device have a redial function for calling the same telephone number again when the called party is busy when the called party's telephone number is dialed. Therefore, when the called party is busy, the called party can be called by one-touch operation using the redial function later.

As described above, the conventional telephone device has a redial function that allows the same telephone number to be called by a one-touch key when the called party is busy. However, the redial function is only a function capable of repeatedly calling the same telephone number by one-touch key operation, and when the other party is absent, the attendance time is automatically known at the present time when the attendance time is known in advance. It does not have the function of calling a telephone number. Therefore, when there is an urgent requirement, it is necessary to always be aware of the seated time of the other party, and if the time is forgotten, the other party will not be called and the other party will be called again. It was not possible to say that it was an efficient redial function because there was a risk that it would be absent.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the telephone redial system according to the present invention stores a dial number and a designated time for performing a redial operation in a memory, and the current time matches the designated time. When the handset rings, the phone rings, and when the handset is lifted, the dial number stored in the memory is automatically transmitted, and when there is no response to the ringing tone, the memory contents are cleared. To be done.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of a redial system of a telephone according to the present invention. First, it is determined whether or not the redial operation is set by the redial operation key (step S1). If the redial operation is not set, the process ends. If the redial operation is set, the redial time is set (step S2). .
Next, a dial number is set, set and stored together with the redial time (step S3), and it is determined whether or not the set time has been reached (step S4). When the set time is reached, a ringer signal is sent (step S5), it is determined whether or not it is off-hook (step S6), and if it is determined that it is off-hook, a dial signal is transmitted (step S7). If it is determined in step S6 that the off-hook has not been performed, it is determined whether or not a fixed time has elapsed. If it has not elapsed, the process returns to step S5, and after the fixed time has elapsed, the redial operation is cleared ( Step S9).

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a telephone to which the embodiment of the present invention is applied. A call circuit (not shown) of the telephone body 1 is connected to the exchange side via a line. After the redial operation is instructed to the control circuit 13 by operating the setting key 11, the dial button 12 is pressed to set the telephone number to be redialed and the time to perform the redial operation, and the memory is set via the control circuit 13. Store in 14. The clock circuit 15 outputs time information. The comparison circuit 16 compares the time set in the memory 14 with the time from the clock circuit 15, and causes the ringer sending circuit 17 to generate a ringer signal when both times match. Further, the comparison circuit 16 monitors the elapsed time after the sending of the ringer signal, and when a certain time has elapsed, sends a signal for clearing the redial operation to the control circuit 13.
