非磁性体のシールパイプhを介在すると共に前記
外筒e内に外部磁石iを撹拌シヤフトg内に内部
磁石jをそれぞれ埋設して構成されており、前記
モータbの回転軸に固定のプーリkと前記プーリ
溝dとの間にベルトlを掛け渡し、モータbの駆
動によれば該ベルトlを介して外筒eを回転し更
に該外筒eの外部磁石iと撹拌シヤフトgの内部
磁石j間の磁力による引張り作用により該撹拌シ
ヤフトgを回転し撹拌槽m内の撹拌翼を回転さ
せ、又前記シールパイプhにより該撹拌槽m内の
真空又は高圧状態を確保するようにした装置が知
られている。

の外周にはめたボールベアリング5eとにより構
成され、又前記フレクスプライン5bは薄肉筒状
の金属弾性体でその内周面で前記ボールベアリン
グ5eに摺接すると共に外周面に歯がきざまれて
おり、更に前記サーキユラ・スプライン5cは円
筒状の剛体でその内周面と前記フレクスプライン
5bと同ピツチの歯がきざまれておりその歯数が
該フレクスプライン5bの歯数よりn枚(例えば
2枚の如く)多くなつている。そして前記ウエー
ブ・ジエネレータ5aのカム5dを前記駆動軸1
aに固定すると共に前記サーキユラ・スプライン
5cのカツプ状の下面に前記翼軸4aを固定し、
又、前記フレクスプライン5bは有底の筒状に形
成すると共にその上端部に鍔部5fを形成し該鍔
部5fにおいて前記係止突縁2aに密封固着し
た。尚、6は軸受、7はパツキングを示す。

ので、その構成が簡単となると共にスペースをと
らず安全であり、更に該減速機に磁石を用いてな
いので、従来の如く高負荷によるスリツプもない
等の種々の効果を有する。
