【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 インナボールとこれを支持するカップ、
及びインナボールとカップの間に設けられるベアリング
とで構成される関節用補綴具であって、カップの開口縁
部とこれに対応するベアリングの外周縁部に、凹部と凸
部の組み合わせによりカップとベアリング相互間の回り
止めを行う位置決め用係合部と、凹部と凸部の組み合わ
せによりカップに対するベアリングの抜け止めを行う抜
け止め用係合部、とを形成したことを特徴とする関節用
補綴具。
