Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of shoe heel wrapping leather and prevent degradation in strength of an inner sole by fitting an outer heel onto an inner heel and fixing by a heel lift, and bonding leather and the like with an adhesive agent or applying a painting process to the outside thereof. CONSTITUTION:An inner heel 2 is fixed to a shoe main body 4 with nails and the like. Leather and the like are bonded to an outer heel 1 or painting process is applied thereto. A processed outer heel 6 is fitted onto the inner heel 2 fixed to the shoe main body 4. Next, the processed outer heel 6 is fixed to the inner heel 2 by means of a heel lift 3. In the case where shoe heel wrapping leather 5 is replaced, the heel lift 3 is detached for working. Since only the outer heel 6 is replaced and nails and the like for fixing the shoe heel are not drawn out nor driven, strength of an inner sole is not degraded.
