Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of a fault of an electronic device due to a lightening surge by providing an insulation material used to insulate electrically an overhead support wire and the electronic device case to a suspension metallic fixture. CONSTITUTION:An electronic device case 2 is suspended to an overhead support wire 1 by two suspension metallic fixtures 8A, 8B. Each of the metallic fixtures 8A, 8B is provided with a grip 9 for the overhead support wire 1, an arm 10 and a mount 11 for the electronic device case 2. The arm 10 is used to part the electronic device case 2 from the overhead support wire 1 by a prescribed distance or more so as to eliminate the effect of a lightening surge. Furthermore, an insulation material 14 made of a polymer insulator or a ceramic insulator or the like is interposed to the arm 10 of the suspension metallic fixture 8A in the metallic fixtures 8A, 8B and to use the insulation material 14 for electric insulation of the overhead support wire and the electronic device case 2. Thus, a route of lightening surge through which a lightening surge passes through the electronic device case 2 is interrupted by the insulation material 14 and the induction due to a lightening surge passing on the overhead support wire 1 is reduced.

Since an aerial support line is often installed side by side with a distribution line, if a lightning surge enters the distribution line, the lightning surge also propagates to the aerial support line, which is an electronic device housing. Then, the electronic device inside the housing may be broken (partially damaged) or damaged, which is a problem.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a result of studying the propagation of a lightning surge, the electronic equipment casing is made of aluminum casting or the like, has good conductivity, and has a low impedance between the aerial support line and the casing. , It was found that most of the lightning surges propagating through the overhead support line pass through the housing.

As described above, when the suspension metal fittings except one of the plurality of suspension metal fittings or all the suspension metal fittings are provided with the insulating member for electrically insulating the aerial support wire and the electronic equipment casing, There is no route for the lightning surge to flow in the electronic equipment housing, and the electronic equipment inside the housing is less likely to be damaged by the lightning surge. In addition, the armrests are provided on the hanging metal fittings, and the electronic device housing is kept away from the aerial support line, so that the voltage induced in the electronic device inside the housing by the lightning surge propagating through the aerial support line is reduced, From this aspect as well, it is possible to reduce the failures of electronic devices due to lightning surges.

Further, if a magnetic material member that surrounds the outer periphery of the arm member is provided on all of the hanging metal fittings except one of the plurality of hanging metal fittings as described above, it is possible to suspend lightning surge currents. Since the inductance of the mounting bracket becomes extremely large, it becomes difficult for lightning surge currents to flow to the suspension bracket. Therefore, most of the lightning surge current flows to the aerial support wire due to the impedance ratio between the aerial support wire and the suspension bracket, and the lightning surge current flowing to the suspension bracket is significantly reduced. as a result,
The voltage induced in the electronic device in the housing is reduced, and it is possible to reduce the damage to the electronic device due to lightning surge.

Each of the hanging brackets 8A and 8B has a grip portion 9 of the aerial support wire 1, a arm portion 10 and a mounting portion 11 of the electronic equipment housing 2. The grip portion 9 has the same structure as a clamp that grips an ordinary electric wire. The arm member 10 separates the electronic device housing 2 from the aerial support wire 1 by a certain distance or more so that the influence of lightning surge can be eliminated. Further, the mounting portion 11 is similar to the conventional one, and is composed of a bolt 12 and a nut 13 which penetrate the projection 3 of the electronic device housing 2.

An insulating member 14 made of a polymer insulator, a porcelain insulator or the like is interposed in the arm member 10 of one of the two suspension fittings 8A and 8B. The insulating member 14 electrically insulates the aerial support wire 1 from the electronic device housing 2.

With such a structure, the route through which the lightning surge passes through the electronic equipment housing 2 is blocked by the insulating member 14, the lightning surge does not flow into the electronic equipment housing 2, and the suspension metal fittings 8A and 8B are used. Since the electronic device housing 2 is separated from the aerial support line 1, the induction by the lightning surge passing through the aerial support line 1 is reduced. Therefore, there is almost no risk of the electronic equipment in the housing 2 being damaged by a lightning surge.

By the way, in the conventional suspension device shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the distance between the aerial support line 1 and the electronic device housing 2 is about 0.5 to 1 cm. Is 1000 A, the induced voltage is 17V. On the other hand, in the structure as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, if the distance between the overhead support line 1 and the electronic device housing 2 is set to 10 cm,
The induced voltage drops to 1.7V. If this level is 5V
The electronic components of the system will not be damaged. Although the insulating member 14 is provided only on one of the suspension fittings 8A in the above embodiment, the insulating member 14 may be provided on both of the suspension fittings 8A and 8B.

Next, FIGS. 3 and 4 show another embodiment of the present invention. This suspension device is different from the suspension device of the above-mentioned embodiment in that, instead of the insulator type insulating member 14 provided on one suspension metal fitting 8A of the two suspension metal fittings 8A, 8B, the suspension metal fitting is used. Inside the gripping portion 9 of 8A, the cylindrical insulating member 1
5 is provided. The cylindrical insulating member 15 is made of rubber or the like and has a slit in the longitudinal direction so as to cover the aerial support wire 1. The rest of the configuration is the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment, so the same parts are given the same reference numerals and explanations thereof are omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, the provision of the insulating member on the suspension fitting prevents the lightning surge propagating through the aerial support line from flowing into the electronic equipment casing.
In addition, since the electronic equipment housing is suspended by the suspension metal fitting having the armrest part, the voltage induced in the electronic equipment housing by the lightning surge propagating through the aerial support line can be sufficiently lowered, so that the electronic equipment in the housing is This has the effect of preventing damage due to lightning surges.
