[Conventional technology] Newly installed lines are laid over existing lines that are spanned (wired) from utility poles to buildings, etc., or over existing lines that are spanned between utility poles. In such cases, the conventional method is to connect the rear end of the pilot wire to the tip of the new line, throw it upward from the direction where it intersects with the existing line, cross over the existing line, and then connect the pilot wire to the tip of the new line. A bridge construction method has been adopted in which the newly constructed line is lowered.

In the embodiment, the rotary disks 3, 3 have spokes 9 integrally attached to the outer peripheries of hubs 8, 8 constituting the center of rotation, respectively, at intervals in the circumferential direction, and spokes 9 that are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. 9, 9 are connected in the circumferential direction by a flange portion 10, and the above-mentioned existing wire engagement groove 2 is formed in the upper part of each of these flange portions 10. A protrusion (engaging portion) 13 is integrally formed at the tip of the spoke 9 of each rotary disk 3, 3, as shown in FIG.
These protrusions 13 are formed in a cylindrical shape, and when the rotary disks 3, 3 are faced to each other, the protrusions 13, 1
The end surfaces of 3 are formed so as to face each other,
The length of the distance member 11 is determined so that a predetermined distance 12 is formed between the end faces of the projections 13 when the distance member 11 is inserted (see FIG. 2). On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, rail grooves 14 are formed on both sides of the cover 5 along the circumferential direction of the cover 5, and one of the rail grooves 14 has one rotational direction. The protrusions 13 of the spokes 9 of the disk 3 are slidably engaged, and the protrusions 13 of the spokes 9 of the other rotary disk 3 are slidably engaged with the other rail groove 14. Therefore, the distance 12 is appropriately larger than the plate thickness (thickness) between the rail grooves 14, 14 of the cover 5, and the spokes 9, 9 of the rotary disks 3, 3 are placed in the rail grooves 14, 14. When engaged so as to sandwich them from both sides, the cover 5 will fit the protrusions 13 of the spokes 9, 9,
13 as a guide, it becomes possible to reciprocate along the circumferential direction of the rotary disks 3, 3. Each part of the line crossing tool is made of resin material (PP, FRP) to reduce weight.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, the extended end of the newly installed wire 16 is supported by the support plate 18 from the opposite side of the cover 5, and then the extended end of the newly installed wire 16 is positioned at the uppermost position. The line is secured to the line hanging part 15 by crossing the existing line engagement groove 2. Next, extend the operating rod 6 from the ground toward the existing line 1, and
between the inclined surface 19 and the outer peripheral surface of the operating rod 6,
Fit it into the existing wire 1 (Fig. 3a). After this mating,
Pull down the operating rod 6 to the ground side. Then, as the operating rod 6 is pulled down, a wedge force is generated between the inclined surface 19 of the weight 17 and the outer peripheral surface of the operating rod 6 in response to the pulling down.
Therefore, the cover 5 is moved to the open position (third
Figure b). When the operating rod 6 is further pulled down from this position, the existing line 1 relatively enters the existing line engagement groove 2 at the lowest position (Fig. 3c), and the cover 5 is
Due to the weight of the weight 17, it naturally returns to the position where the existing line engagement groove 2 located at the lowest position is closed. After this, pull down the operating rod 6 further,
Rotate the rotary disks 3, 3. By the way, existing line 1
Since the wire is spanned between utility poles, etc., it may swing (vibrate) up and down and left and right to some extent during line crossing work, but it is unlikely to be severed due to some external accident. Unless there is, it cannot be moved with the turntables 3 and 3. Therefore, the existing line 1 is inserted into the existing line engagement groove 2 located at the lowest position.
After inserting the control rod 6, when the operating rod 6 is further pulled down to the ground side, the rotary disk 3,
Only 3 rotates (Fig. 3d). The rotation of the rotary disks 3, 3 occurs when the existing line 1 abuts against the upper end surface of the left end 4a of the support frames 4, 4.
(Fig. 3e). Therefore, by further lowering the operating rod 6 toward the ground side from this position, the existing line 1 can be pulled out from the open existing line engaging groove 2 at the top (FIG. 4f). Therefore, if the operating rod 6 is further lowered from this position, the new line 16 whose feeding end is connected to the cover 5 will cross over the existing line 1 and be lowered to the ground (Fig. 4 g to 4). i). After this,
The feeding end of the existing wire 1 is removed from the line hooking section 15, and the line crossing work is completed.

It should be noted that the operating rod 6 may be constructed of a multistage rod that is moved in and out in stages in the longitudinal direction.
In addition, a linear object that is fed out according to the number of steps of the rod is placed inside the multi-stage rod body, and a counter is installed to detect the length of the linear object that is fed out, so that the height position of the existing wire 1 can be determined. Of course, it is also possible to configure.

An operating rod having a predetermined length to be fed out from the ground onto an existing line, a support frame provided on the operating rod to extend the rod, and a rod rotatably supported by the support frame around a horizontal axis. a rotating body having an existing line engagement groove on its outer periphery that engages at least the outer periphery of the existing line; When a new line is secured to the top of at least one existing line engagement groove formed on the outer periphery and the operating rod is supported in a substantially vertical direction, the line may be moved along the outer periphery of the rotating body due to its own weight. A cover is moved so that its lower end touches the side of the operating rod, and by pulling the operating rod downward to the lower end of the cover, the existing line is connected to the rotating body from between the lower end and the operating rod. a guide member for guiding the newly installed wire into the engagement groove of the existing wire; and a cover in which the newly installed wire is locked to the outer periphery of the rotating body on the opposite side of the cover at a predetermined guide interval to the support frame. a newly installed wire guide member supported from the upper part of the body at a distance from the opening width of the engagement groove; By pulling it downward, the guide member engages the existing line into the existing line engagement groove, and by pulling the operating rod further downward from that position, the rotary disk rotates and the existing line is removed from the existing line engagement groove. A line crossing tool characterized in that it is configured to escape and cross an existing line.
