[Prior Art]

In order to protect the tread from the crawler track, pads have been attached to the tread side of each track plate that constitutes the crawler track. As a conventional track pad of this type, for example, the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-32138 is known. In this conventional example, both ends of a flat plate-shaped cored bar that is housed in an elastic piece are projected from the elastic piece, and one end of the core piece is formed into a hook shape. It is adapted to be detachably attached to the track plate by being hooked on the part and a pressing plate which engages with the other end part of the track plate being bolted to the other end part.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

In the above-mentioned conventional crawler pad, since the flat core metal is provided inside the elastic piece in the middle of the thickness of the crawler pad, the elastic rubber material forming the crawler pad is It was divided into two parts in the thickness direction, and only the elastic effect due to each thickness was obtained, and there was a problem in cushioning during running. Further, as described above, since the elastic rubber material is divided into two by the core metal in the thickness direction, the substantial thickness of the elastic rubber material is also divided into two and becomes thin, which causes a problem in strength. The present invention was conceived in view of the above, and by changing the structure of the core metal, the substantial thickness of the elastic rubber material can be made the entire thickness of the crawler belt pad. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a track pad that can improve the cushioning effect and the strength at the time. In addition, for other purposes, it is possible to prevent clogging of earth and sand around the fastening members such as bolts or nuts for attaching the crawler belt pad to the shoe plate and prevent theft by loosening it. In this case, it is possible to prevent obstacles from being caught between the crawler belt pads, and further, the crawler belt pads can contact the tread surface of the crawler plate with good conformity. It is intended to provide a track pad that is firmly bonded.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, a crawler belt pad according to the present invention is a crawler belt pad to be mounted on a tread surface of a crawler plate, the cross-section of which is formed into a substantially rectangular shape. A bar-shaped metal core 3 provided with a fixed hook member 4 which is engaged with one end of the shoe plate 1 at the portion, and a screw portion at the other end with which a fastening member such as a bolt 6 or a nut 11 is screwed. 3a is embedded by exposing the other end portion thereof to the end surface of the elastic member 2a, and the detachable hook member 5 that engages with the other end portion of the shoe plate 1 is attached to the other end portion of the core metal 3, 3a. The elastic member 2a is detachably fixed by a fastening member, and a mountain-shaped non-slip groove 7 is provided on the upper surface of the elastic member 2a. Further, the cover member 12 is fitted to the fastening member with the detachable hook member 5 fixed to the other end of the core metal 3, 3a. Further, both sides in the width direction of the tread surface of the elastic member 2a are inclined surfaces having an inclination angle of 20 to 30 °. Further, a plurality of recesses 10 1 are provided in the portion of the elastic member 2a that comes into contact with the tread surface of the shoe plate 1. Further, the fixed hook member 4 and the detachable hook member 5 for attaching the crawler belt pad 2 to the crawler plate 1 are provided with notches 13 with which lugs provided on the tread surface of the crawler plate 1 engage.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a crawler plate, and the crawler plate 1 is endlessly connected by a track link (not shown) to form a crawler belt. Reference numeral 2 denotes a crawler belt pad according to the present invention that is easily attached to and removed from the tread surface side of each of the above-mentioned track plates 1, and an elastic member 2a thereof has a width narrower than the width of the track plate 1 and substantially the same as the length of the track plate 1. The elastic member 2a has a substantially rectangular cross section with the same length and a predetermined thickness. A pipe-shaped cored bar 3 is provided inside the elastic member 2a over substantially the entire length, and one end of the elastic member 2a is made of an elastic member. It is exposed at the end face of 2a, and an internal thread for a bolt is provided on the inner face of this end. A fixed hook member 4 that is releasably engaged with the end of the shoe plate 1 is welded to the other end of the core metal 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes a detachable hook member that is fixed to one end of the elastic member 2a by a bolt 6 that is screwed into a female thread for bolting the core metal 3. Similarly, it has a shape that engages with the end of the shoe plate 1 in a disengageable manner, and has a fastening seat portion 5a at one end thereof.

The elastic member 2a is made of a hard elastic rubber material such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or plastic, and the core metal 3 installed therein and the fixed hook member 4 welded to the end portion thereof. Is partially insert-molded when the elastic member 2a is molded. The width and length of the elastic member 2a can be changed depending on the type of the track plate 1 using the elastic member 2a. Depending on the width, one core metal 3 or two metal cores 3 are arranged at a distance in the width direction.

An anti-slip groove 7 is formed on the tread surface of the elastic member 2a. The anti-slip grooves 7 are formed in a mountain shape in the length direction, but are provided so as to face each other in one direction as shown in FIG. 2 or left and right as shown in FIG. Further, on the lower surface of the elastic member 2a, a groove 8 that engages with a lug on the tread surface of the shoe plate 1 is provided over the entire length thereof, and a cutout portion 9 is formed at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. Further, a plurality of recesses 10 are provided in a portion of the lower surface of the elastic member 2 that abuts on the shoe plate 1. The exposed end surface of the cored bar 3 is exposed in a portion recessed from the end of the elastic member 2a, and the fastening seat portion 5a of the detachable hook member 5 is bolted inside the end of the elastic member 2a. It is designed to prevent contact with the road surface.

In the above structure, in order to attach the crawler belt pad to the shoe plate 1, the lower surface of the elastic member 2a is joined to the tread surface of the shoe plate 1 with one detachable hook member 5 removed, and the fixed hook member is also attached. 6 is engaged with one end of the track plate 1. Next, the detachable hook member 5 is engaged with the other end of the shoe plate 1, and the fastening seat portion 5 a of the detachable hook member 5 is fixed to the core metal 3 with the bolt 6. Further, the removal of this can be easily performed by reversing the above procedure. In the above-mentioned mounted crawler belt pad, the upper surface thereof comes into contact with the ground when traveling, but the tread surface is provided with the mountain-shaped anti-slip groove 7 to allow traveling without lateral slippage. Further, at this time, since the lower surface of the elastic member 2a has a plurality of recesses 10 in the portion contacting the shoe plate 1, the elasticity of the lower surface portion is increased. Since the pipe member is used for the core metal 3 of the elastic member 2a in the above configuration, even when two pipe members are used, the core metal 3 divides the elastic member 2a into two in the thickness direction. Therefore, the elastic member 2a is effectively deformed in the thickness direction over its entire thickness.

In the above embodiment, an example in which the detachable hook member 5 is fixed to the core metal 3 with the bolt 6 has been shown, but this may be fixed with the nut 11 as shown in FIG. In this case, a male thread for a nut may be provided at the other end of the core metal 3a, and the fastening seat portion 5a of the detachable hook member 5 may be fitted to this portion and the nut 11 may be used for fastening.

Further, in the above embodiment, the bolt 6 and the nut 11 which are fastening members are configured to be retracted inward from the end surface of the elastic member 2a, but earth and sand may be caught in this portion. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, a cover member 12 for covering the bolt 6 and the nut 11 may be provided at the end of the elastic member 2a. In this case, the cover member 12 has a thin base portion so that it can be easily bent. When the bolt 6 and the nut 11 are screwed together, the cover member 12 is bent upward and bent. After screwing, the bolt 6 and the nut 11 are fitted to each other. According to this configuration, as described above, it is possible to prevent the clogging member from being clogged with soil and sand, and the fastening member is covered by the cover member 12 to loosen it. Theft can also be prevented. Although the cover member 12 is connected to the elastic member 2a by way of example, it may be a single member, that is, a component separate from the elastic member 2a.

Among the hook members that engage the crawler belt pad 2 with the shoe plate 1, the detachable hook member 5 has a notch for engaging the lug of the shoe plate 1 as shown in FIG. Although the notch 13 is provided, the notch 13 is also provided on the fixed hook member side so that the track pad 2 can be more firmly engaged with the track 1. 7 and 8 show one example thereof, the upper portion of the fixed hook member 4 is formed into substantially the same shape as the fastening seat portion 5a of the detachable hook member 5, and the end portions of the cored bars 3 and 3a are welded to this portion. Then, a notch 13 with which the lug of the shoe plate 1 engages is provided in this portion.

Further, slopes are formed around the tread surface of the elastic member 2a of the crawler belt pad 2, and the slopes 2b and 2b on both sides in the width direction thereof are inclined by 20 to 30 ° as shown in FIG. However, by setting the angle range, it is possible to prevent an obstacle from being caught between the adjacent crawler belt pads 2 during traveling.

Since FIGS. 9, 10 and 11 show the other side of the tread surface of the elastic member 2a of the crawler belt pad 2, the tread surface 2b of the elastic member 2a may be mountain-shaped in the traveling direction.

【0015】[0015]

[Effect of the device]

According to the present invention, the substantial thickness of the elastic rubber material forming the elastic member 2a of the crawler pad 2 becomes the entire thickness of the crawler pad 2, which improves the cushioning effect and strength during running. Can be planned. Further, since the mountain-shaped anti-slip groove 7 is provided in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the elastic member 2a of the crawler belt pad 2, there is no lateral slip during traveling. Further, as another effect, the cover member 12 covers the fastening member such as the bolt 6 or the nut 11 for attaching the crawler belt pad 2 to the track plate 1, so that earth and sand are clogged around the fastening member. As it becomes harder and invisible, it has the effect of preventing theft by killing the motivation to loosen it with a spanner. Further, by providing slopes with an angle of 20 to 30 on both sides in the width direction of the tread surface of the elastic member 2a, it is possible to prevent an obstacle from being caught between the adjacent crawler belt pads 2 during running. Further, the portion of the elastic member 2a that comes into contact with the tread surface of the shoe plate 1 is well joined to the tread surface of the shoe plate 1 due to the plurality of recesses 10 provided in this portion.

In the above-mentioned conventional crawler belt pad, since the plate-shaped cored bar is provided inside the elastic piece in the middle in the thickness direction of the crawler track pad, the elastic rubber material forming the crawler track pad is attached to this cored bar. It was divided into two parts in the thickness direction, and only the elastic effect due to each thickness was obtained, and there was a problem in cushioning during running. As other objects, it has with bolts for mounting the track pad to the track shoe is located inside the mating end of the track shoe fastening member is removable hook member such as a nut, or fastening octopus member so as to be located inside the end surface of the elastic member, the fastening member is not to protrude from the side edge of the track shoe and track pad, the fastening member during running of the footwear band so do not contact the other member, and further, with the bolt there have can prevent the sediment jams around the fastening member such as a nut, it can prevent theft of Koreoyu Rumete, further In addition, it is possible to prevent obstacles from being caught between the crawler belt pads during traveling, and the crawler belt pads can be intimately contacted with the tread surface of the crawler plate.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a crawler plate, and the crawler plate 1 is endlessly connected by a track link (not shown) to form a crawler belt. Reference numeral 2 denotes a crawler belt pad according to the present invention which is easily attached to and removed from the tread side of each of the above-mentioned track plates 1. The elastic member 2a of the pad is narrower than the width of the track plate 1 and substantially equal to the length of the track plate 1. The elastic member 2a has a substantially rectangular cross section with the same length and a predetermined thickness. A pipe-shaped cored bar 3 is provided inside the elastic member 2a over substantially the entire length, and one end of the elastic member 2a is made of an elastic member. It is exposed on the end face of 2a, and an internal thread for a bolt is provided on the inner face of this end. And the other end of the core metal 3, the solid adhesive hook member 4 engaging disengageably to the end of the crawler plate 1 are welded. 5 is a removable hook member, which is secured by bolts 6 to be screwed into the internal thread of the bolt of the core metal 3 on one end side of the elastic member 2a, the removable hook member 5 is also the solid adhesive hook member 4 Similarly, it has a shape that engages with the end of the shoe plate 1 in a detachable manner, and has a fastening seat portion 5a at one end thereof.

Then, one core metal 3 or two ( or two or more ) metal bars 3 are arranged apart from each other in the width direction depending on the width.

The exposed end surface of the cored bar 3 is exposed in a portion recessed from the end of the elastic member 2a, and the fastening seat portion 5a of the removable hook member 5 is engaged with the track plate 1 of the removable hook member 5. It is bent inward from the end , and this is brought into contact with the end face of the core metal 3 and bolted together, so that this part does not come into contact with the road surface.

[0009] In the above structure, to attach the crawler belt pad to the crawler plate 1, in a state of removing one of the detachable hook member 5, and joined to the lower surface of the elastic member 2a to the tread surface of the crawler plate 1, and a solid adhesive hooks The member 6 is engaged with one end of the track plate 1. Then, the detachable hook member 5 is engaged with the other end of the shoe plate 1, and the fastening seat portion 5a of the detachable hook member 5 is fixed to the core metal 3 with the bolt 6. Further, at this time, since there are a plurality of recesses 10 in the portion of the lower surface of the elastic member 2a that comes into contact with the shoe plate 1, the elasticity of the lower surface portion increases.

In the above embodiment, an example in which the detachable hook member 5 is fixed to the core metal 3 with the bolt 6 is shown, but this may be fixed with the nut 11 as shown in FIG. In this case, a male thread for a nut may be provided at the other end of the core metal 3a, and the fastening seat portion 5a of the detachable hook member 5 may be fitted to this portion and the nut 11 may be used for fastening.

Further, in the above embodiment, the bolts 6 and the nuts 11 which are the fastening members are configured to be pulled inward from the end surface of the elastic member 2a, but earth and sand may be caught in these portions. According to this structure, as described above, it is possible to prevent the clogging member from being clogged with earth and sand, and the fastening member is covered by the cover member 12 to loosen and remove it. Can be prevented. Although the cover member 12 is connected to the elastic member 2a in the example shown above, it may be a single member, that is, a component separate from the elastic member 2a.

Among the hook members that engage the crawler belt pad 2 with the shoe plate 1, the detachable hook member 5 has a notch for engaging the lug of the shoe plate 1 as shown in FIG. 13 are provided, but the track shoe pad 2 by the cutout 13 is provided in the solid adhesive hook member side can be engaged more firmly to the crawler plate 1. 7 and 8 shows an example thereof, substantially the fastening seat 5a of the upper portion of the solid adhesive hook member 4 releasably hook member 5 is in the same shape, welding the ends of the core metal 3,3a this portion . Then, a notch 13 with which the lug of the shoe plate 1 engages is provided in this portion.

[0013] While further around the tread of the elastic member 2a of the track pad 2 slopes are formed, which in the width direction on both sides of the slopes 2b, 2b is had with 20 to 30 ° as shown in Figure 3 The inclination is 30 to 50 °, and by setting the angle range, it is possible to prevent an obstacle from being caught between the adjacent crawler belt pads 2 during traveling.

Since FIGS. 9, 10 and 11 show the other side of the tread surface of the elastic member 2a of the crawler belt pad 2, the tread surface 2b of the elastic member 2a may be mountain-shaped in the traveling direction. Moreover, you may put a wire, cloth, etc. in each elastic member 2a for reinforcement of this .

The prevents the fastening member for fixing the crawler belt pad 2 to the crawler plate 1 is projected from the side end portion of the track shoe and crawler pad 2, come in contact the fastening member to another member while driving It is possible to prevent damage to the corners, and thus to prevent falling off. Further, as another effect, the cover member 12 covers the fastening member such as the bolt 6 or the nut 11 for attaching the crawler belt pad 2 to the track plate 1, so that earth and sand are clogged around the fastening member. As it gets harder and cannot be seen directly, it has the effect of preventing theft by killing the desire to loosen it with a spanner. Further, by providing the inclined surfaces on both sides in the width direction of the tread surface of the elastic member 2a, it is possible to prevent an obstacle from being caught between the adjacent crawler belt pads 2 during traveling. Further, the portion of the elastic member 2a that comes into contact with the tread surface of the shoe plate 1 is well joined to the tread surface of the shoe plate 1 due to the plurality of recesses 10 provided in this portion. Further, according to the present invention, one end is attached by the fixed hook member and the other end is attached by the fastening member such as bolts and nuts, so that the crawler belt pad can be easily attached in a short time .
