Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the floor panel fitting work by providing grooves in the side walls of a floor beam member, and engaging a receiver member in each groove for fixation, and locking a floor panel with each receiver member for laying, and fixing the floor panel to the floor beam member. CONSTITUTION:A groove is continuously provided at an appropriate part of each side wall of a floor beam member 1, and receiver members 2 are fitted to these grooves in order for fixation to unify the floor beam members 1 and the receiver members 2 integrally. A part of the receiver member 2 is projected from the side wall of the floor beam member 1, and a standardized floor panel 3 or a floor panel frame member is locked with this projecting part for laying. Consequently, a floor panel 3 can be fitted to the floor beam member 1 easily to safely hold the floor panel 3.

[Conventional technology] When building a wooden house using panels, panels are installed on the first and second floors, but the conventional method of installing this floor panel is as follows:
Almost always the same. It was a method of mounting and fixing the floor panel to the floor beam using nails or other metal fittings. The method of fixing the floor panel to the floor beam without using nails or other metal fittings is
I couldn't find anything else. To fix the floor panel to the floor beam using nails or metal fittings, directly drive the nail or metal fitting to the floor panel or floor beam,
The floor panel and the floor beam were fixedly mounted. Further, the receiving member is directly fixed to the side wall of the floor beam member to attach the floor panel.

Fixing and mounting of a floor panel to a floor beam is generally performed by using a nail or a metal fitting. However, according to this method only, in the case of a modern wooden house construction, especially when building a wooden house using panels, it is considered that the fixed mounting of the floor panel and floor beam is rather weak. Be done. In today's general life, it is common to place many heavy items such as furniture, desks, bookshelves, and other accessories on the second floor as well as on the first floor. Therefore, a lot of weight is applied to the floor. In such a case, the nails and the metal fittings may not be sufficient for fixing and mounting the floor panel and the floor beam, and there is a risk that the fixing of the floor panel and the floor beam may be broken. The present invention avoids such risks and
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method by which the fixed attachment between the floor panel and the floor beam can be made stronger and the floor panel can be easily attached to the floor beam.

[Means for Solving the Problem] Even if the nails and metal fittings are corroded and the floor is heavily weighted, the fixed attachment between the floor panel and the floor beam cannot be easily broken, and there is a risk of collapse. In order to prevent this, in a method of constructing a wooden house using a panel, a side wall of a floor beam is provided with a groove for convenience, a receiving member is fitted and fixed in the groove, and a floor panel is attached to the receiving member. The problem is solved by a floor panel mounting method that features a locking facility.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT An embodiment of a method of attaching a floor panel of the present invention to a floor beam will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial view of a floor beam, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a state where a receiving member and a floor panel are attached to the floor beam, and FIG. 3 is a state diagram showing a state of attaching the floor panel. is there.
In FIG. 1, (1) is a floor beam. The floor beam (1) has a suitable size and size depending on the construction content of the wooden house. In addition, materials that are convenient are used. Since it is a wooden house, it is obvious that it uses timber. Further, it is usually used in the shape of a square bar. This floor beam (1) is also due to the nature of the house construction,
The fact that it is supported and fixed by another member such as Daihiki is the same as in ordinary house construction.
(A) is a groove provided in the side wall of the floor beam (1).
The groove (a) is usually provided on both sides of the side wall of the floor beam (1), but the place where the floor beam (1) is used, for example,
In some cases, such as on the edge of the first floor, the groove (a) may be provided on only one side. This groove (a) is provided on the side wall at a certain distance from the upper surface side of the floor beam (1), and is provided so as to conform to the standard of the standardized floor panel to be used. Moreover, this groove (a) is not provided intermittently in the floor beam (1), but is provided continuously. Further, the depth of the groove (a) is also calculated and provided appropriately from the dimensions of the floor beam (1) or the dimensions of the floor panel to be used. Next, in FIG. 2, (2) is a receiving member. The material of the receiving member (2) may be wood, synthetic resin material, or metal material. Further, the size of the receiving member (2) is to be used after its strength and the like are checked structurally. In this example, wood is used. The receiving member (2) is fitted and fixed in the groove (a) of the floor beam (1). That is, one end side of the receiving member (2) is fitted and mounted in the groove (a) and fixed. In this case, even if the receiving member (2) is simply fitted and mounted in the groove (a), the receiving member (2) will not be inserted into the groove (a) of the floor beam (1).
Although it is not easily detached from, the receiving member (2) and the floor beam (1) are fixed with nails or other metal fittings for completeness. When the receiving member (2) is fixedly attached to the floor beam (1) as described above, a part of the receiving member (2) is attached and fixed in a state of protruding outward from the floor beam (1). In this manner, the floor beam (1) is sequentially provided with the receiving member (2).
Are fitted and fixed in the grooves (a) provided in the floor beam (1). (3) is a floor panel. The floor panel (3) is standardized, and it is possible to mass-produce those with the same dimensions in factories, etc. Also, it is produced only as a panel frame and fixed to the floor beam (1) as a panel frame. In addition, it is also possible to install plywood material and use it as a panel. Also in this embodiment, the floor panel (3) is configured only as a panel frame, and only this panel frame material is locked to the receiving member (2) and attached to the floor beam material (1), and further with nails or metal fittings. It is assumed that it can be fixed and used. After that, it is possible to attach the plywood material to the panel frame material. It is also possible to fix the floor panel (3) to the receiving member (2) and fix it to the floor beam (1) at the same time. In order to install the floor panel (3) on the floor beam (1) constructed as described above, first, a groove (a) is continuously provided at an appropriate location on the side wall of the floor beam (1). Then, the receiving member (2) is sequentially mounted and fixed in the groove (a). By doing so, the floor beam (1) and the receiving member (2) are integrally combined, and further, a part of the receiving member (2) protrudes outward from the side wall of the floor beam (1), which is continuous. The protruding portions are formed uniformly. After that,
The standardized floor panel (3) or floor panel frame material is locked to the uniform protrusion formed by the receiving member (2). After the locking facility is installed, the floor panel (3) or the floor panel frame material and the floor beam material (1) are fixed with nails or metal fittings. In this way, the floor panel (3) is attached to the floor beam (1) and seeks to provide a method not previously found.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The floor panel installed in this way is easy to install and only needs to be placed between the floor beams and floor beams, and there is no risk of dropping the floor panel during installation.
Since the standardized floor panel is used, the work efficiency is increased, and the use of the receiving member also strengthens the strength of the floor beam material, so that not only can it be fixedly mounted easily, but also the groove is provided. This has a convenient and economical effect that the positioning of the receiving member is easy.
