いられていることが多かつた。即ち実際にはセリ
があつたとしても充分にその機能を発揮し得ない
でいた。

あり、細部についての説明は省略する。このよう
な帯鋸盤2に対して取り付けられるセリ装置1に
ついて更に詳細に述べると、セリ装置1は帯鋸盤
2の機枠3から帯鋸刃8の側傍部近くまで突き出
すように形成された取付用アーム10に対して取
り付けられる。即ちセリ装置1の構成部材である
ホルダ11は取付用アーム10の先端に設けられ
た上部が開放された有底嵌込溝たるアリ溝12に
対して、ホルダ11の後背部に形成した嵌込部た
るアリ13を嵌め合わせることにより取り付けを
行う。このように有底嵌込溝たるアリ溝12の下
端はアリ溝12を塞ぐように底である支承部14
が設けられ、セリ装置1におけるホルダ11を支
承する。またホルダ11は取付用アーム10に対

12以外の取付構造であつてもよいし、少なくと
も帯鋸刃8の振れ方向に位置が規制されていれば
他のボルト・ナツト等による固定、あるいはアリ
溝等を適用しながらも更にロツク用ボルト等によ
る固定を併用してももとより差し支えない。この
取付用アーム10の反対側には鋸刃通過部15を
その中央部に設けるものであり、この鋸刃通過部
15を挟んだホルダ11の側面にはセリ保持孔1

作用部と反対側にボルト部21を設けてこれをホ
ルダ11にネジ込んで、その突出位置を調整でき
るようにし、その位置でロツクナツト22による
固定を図るようにするなど適宜の取付構造ないし
はセリ出し位置の調整構造がとり得る。そしてこ
のようなセリ装置1を使用する前提として設定用
治具25を設けるものであつて、このものは第6
図に示すように取付用アーム10の先端部の形状
をほぼ再現したアリ溝部26を有し、更にそのア
リ溝部26に対向してその前方に帯鋸刃8に対応
した帯鋸刃基準板27を設ける。この帯鋸刃基準
板27については完全にこの帯鋸刃8の厚さと同
様にしてもよいし、実質的にはセリ17は帯鋸刃
8から幾分か離してその先端位置を設定するもの
であるから、その間隔をとる分予め厚くしたもの
であつてもよい。勿論、帯鋸刃基準板27が帯鋸
刃8と同一の厚さの場合には帯鋸刃8の許容振れ
分の間隙を設定するゲージ等を併用すると更に好
