Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the dehydrating bag which can repetitively be used and the method which can easily and inexpensively treat sludge with good workability by using this dehydrating bag. CONSTITUTION:This dehydrating bag 1 is formed of nonwoven fabric 1A which has good water passability and does not allow the passage of solids to a tubular shape. The apertures at both ends are circumferentially provided with attachable and detachable fixing parts 2, 3. One end of the dehydrating bag 1 is folded back and the fixing part is hung down. The sludge is poured into the folded back part of the dehydrating bag 1 and the dehydrating bag 1 is turned upside down. The other end of the dehydrating bag 1 is fixed and the sludge is subjected in this state to a dehydration treatment. The other end of the dehydrating bag 1 is opened, upon ending of the dehydration treatment, to discharge the dehydrated sludge to the outside of the bag 1. Then, the dehydrating bag 1 is not discarded together with the sludge and the alternate use of both the front and rear surfaces thereof is possible and, therefore, the clogging of the dehydrating bag 1 by the adhesion of the sludge thereto is prevented. The dehydration treatment is inexpensively executed by repetitively using the dehydrating bag 1.

By the way, conventionally, as a dehydration treatment method,
Pour the sludge into a dehydration bag made of non-woven fabric to dehydrate it, and then discard the sludge together with the dehydration bag after completion of the dehydration process, or put the dehydration bag made of non-woven fabric in the mold and pour the sludge into this dehydration bag to dehydrate. After the treatment, and after completion of the dehydration treatment, the mold was turned upside down and only the sludge was discharged.

When the above dehydration process is completed, the process shown in FIG.
As shown in, the stopper 7 is disengaged from the hanger 6, the one end fixing portion 2 of the dehydration bag 1 is suspended by the hanger 5, and the dehydration bag 1 is entirely lifted upward.
The tow rope 8 is pulled downward. Then, the folded part of the dehydration bag 1 is inverted and extends downward, and the lower part of the dehydration bag 1 is opened as shown in FIG. 6, so that the dehydrated sludge 10 is removed from the dehydration bag 1 by its own weight. It is discharged and falls to the ground.

Although a series of sludge treatment is completed in this way, in order to continue the sludge treatment, the fixing portion 2 on the opposite side of the dehydration bag 1 from the state shown in FIG. 6 is hooked by the hook 4 in the same manner as shown in FIG. It is fixed to the hanger 5 using, and the stopper 7 and the tow rope 8 are attached to the fixing portion 3 on the opposite side.
If the same operation as shown in FIG. 6 is repeated, the sludge process is performed as described above. In this case, when the dehydration bag 1 is used inside out and the sludge process is repeated in the same manner thereafter, the dehydration bag 1 is alternately used on its front side and back side, so that the sludge 10 is attached to only one side of the dehydration bag 1. Since the dehydration bag 1 will not be clogged by clinging to it and the dehydration bag 1 will not be discarded together with the sludge 10, the dehydration bag 1 can be repeatedly used to perform sludge treatment at low cost. it can.
