Abstract

係について種々実験研究したところ、性状のことなる炭
素補強繊維の使用により釣竿の曲げ強度について大きな
差があることを知見し、特に内外層の炭素補強繊維を特
定することにより、釣竿の曲げ強度を従来のものに比し
一層向上できることが確認できた。本発明はこの新知見
により曲げ強度の大きな釣竿を提供することを目的とす
るものである。

ッチ系炭素繊維を、外層の炭素補強繊維にはパン系炭素
繊維を使用するのが好適である。

測定した結果は、表2に示すとおり、内層2の炭素補強
繊維の弾性率を外層3の炭素補強繊維の弾性率より大き
く、かつ外層3の炭素補強繊維の強度を内層2の炭素補
強繊維より大きくなるように形成することにより曲げ強
度を著しく増強できることが確認できた。
