(Prior art) A pressure-sensitive copy containing a fluorescent material that emits light with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200 nm or more and 300 nm or less and a fluorescent material that emits light with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of more than 300 nm and 450 nm or less on the back side of the first slip. An ink layer is provided, a second slip is placed under the first slip, and a solid color of the same color as the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer is applied to the surface area of the second slip facing the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer. Alternatively, use a set of slips in which a concealing printed layer consisting of a ground pattern is provided, and an irregular embossed pattern is applied to the concealing printed portion, and the necessary information is written on the first slip, and it is transferred to the second slip. A second slip with this information copied is sent from the slip issuer to the legitimate right holder, who sequentially irradiates the second slip with two types of ultraviolet light with different wavelengths. , a method has been proposed in which information recorded on a slip is read by emitting light from a fluorescent substance.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention is designed to separate a single slip form into a sending slip 2 for entering confidential information and a copy slip 3 thereof, by making perforations or the like. In addition to dividing the area, a predetermined area on the back side of this copy slip 3,
A pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 6 containing a fluorescent substance that emits light with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200 nm or more and 300 nm or less, or a fluorescent substance that emits with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of more than 300 nm and less than 450 nm is provided, and the copy slip 3 is sewn by a sewing machine. A concealing printing layer 5 consisting of a solid or background pattern of the same color as the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer is provided in a predetermined area of the delivery slip 2 that faces the pressure-sensitive copying layer 6 when folded from the edge. At least one of the slip forms in which the printing layer 5 is further embossed with an irregular concealing emboss pattern, and a confidential information entry field 7 is provided on the surface of the area facing the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 6 of the copy slip 3. This method adopts a copy slip containing two sheets.

(Function) A piece of slip paper is divided into a sending slip for entering confidential information and its copy slip by perforations, etc., so fold it along the perforations etc. and insert the confidential information entry field of the slip for filling in confidential information. By applying pressure with a pen, etc. to write on the secret information, it is copied onto the delivery slip containing confidential information via a pressure-sensitive copying ink layer, and this copy is exposed to ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200 nm or more and 300 nm or less, or Alternatively, the copied information can be read by irradiating it with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 300 nm or more and 450 nm or less, and the information cannot be read in any other way. This will serve as a copy of the person's records.

(Effects of the invention) According to this technical means, it is possible to prevent confidential leakage and forgery of filled-in contents even on a single slip form. Furthermore, since two copies of the first slip and the second slip are not required, an economical slip can be obtained.

Now, to explain how to use this invention,
When recording information that must be transmitted confidentially, apply pressure with a pen or the like to the confidential information entry field 7 on the opposing surface of the folded pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 6 from the perforation 4 as shown in FIG. By additionally filling in information, ink containing a fluorescent material of the same color as the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 6 is deposited on the concealment printing layer 5 of the delivery slip 2 as shown in FIG. 4, and the information is copied. Therefore, cut out the receipt slip 3 at the perforation line 4.

Figure 5 shows the delivery slip 2 on which the information has been copied, and it is difficult to see with the naked eye the confidential information entry column 7.
Since the color of the characters recorded with the information and the color of the concealing printing layer 5 are the same, the information cannot be read.

In addition, since the concealing printing layer 5 has an irregular embossed pattern, even if the printing layer 5 is dented due to pen pressure during copying, the information written in the confidential information entry column 7 can be read. I can't.

However, by irradiating the delivery slip 2 with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200 nm or more and 300 nm or less, a fluorescent substance that reacts to the ultraviolet light emits light, and information can be read as shown in Figure 5. Information 7 can be read by irradiating ultraviolet light with a wavelength exceeding 450 nm or less.

The wavelength of ultraviolet light used is between 200 nm and 300 nm, but this wavelength of ultraviolet light can only be obtained by using a special filter in the germicidal lamp to cut out the visible light, and this special filter is generally available. This is effective in preventing counterfeiting of slips, as the type of fluorescent substance used in the slip is not known.

In addition, fluorescent substances that emit light with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of more than 300 nm and less than 450 nm emit light when irradiated with light from a normal germicidal lamp.
Since it contains light with wavelengths from 200 nm to 450 nm, ultraviolet light from 200 nm to 300 nm does not prevent visual observation of the luminescent state of the fluorescent material, so there is no need to filter it out with a filter.
