The air conditioner wall-hanging type air conditioner cannot be said to provide a comfortable air conditioner for a person sleeping on a bed because the temperature distribution and the air flow distribution vary. In addition, although the electric blanket is directly involved in the human body, it does not grasp the change in body temperature due to sleep, and thus it is often seen that it is disturbed by excessive heating. Furthermore, depending on the state of the person before going to sleep, even if the bedroom environment is the same, the thermal sensation and comfort feel change, so adjustment of the bedroom environment corresponding to the human body is required. The present invention solves such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pajamas and a bedroom system to which a sensor is added, which can provide the environment inside the bed and the bedroom according to the sleep progress of the human body.

As shown in FIG. 1, a temperature sensor 1 and a humidity sensor 2 are added at four places around the chest of the pajamas 9, and a signal processing unit 3 is further installed. The temperature sensor 1 can be used with a thermistor or a thermocouple, but since it is close to the skin, it is preferable that the temperature sensor 1 be as small as possible and sewn into the pajamas 9 so that there is no discomfort. If a chip thermistor is used, it will be waterproof and will not be affected by washing. The maximum temperature among the four temperature sensors 1 is detected by the signal processing unit 3, wirelessly transmitted to the control unit 4, and the temperature of the bedroom is controlled by the air conditioner (temperature and humidity control means) 5. By installing the temperature sensor 1 around the chest, it is possible to detect the skin temperature of the chest, back, and sides. Since the skin temperature of the chest and back correlates well with the thermal sensation of a person, it is possible to grasp the thermal sensation of the wearer and provide a comfortable environment. Further, by installing at four places, even if the person lays prone or lying sideways in the bed, one of the temperature sensors 1 comes into contact with the skin, so that the maximum temperature is reached and a value close to the skin temperature is obtained.

As the humidity sensor 2, a normal humidity sensor can be used, but a part of the fibers of the pajamas 9 or the added fiber for humidity measurement is used for detecting humidity by detecting strain like hair. For example, you can add a small sensor that does not feel strange. The location where the humidity sensor 2 is installed is preferable in terms of detecting sweating because the location around the chest of the human body is a hot sweating area that occurs when the person sleeps and the chest and back are related to the contact area of the bedding.

Since the performance of the humidity detecting portion of the surface of the humidity sensor 2 is changed by a large amount of moisture, it can be stably operated for a long time if it is covered with a moisture-permeable and water-repellent cloth. Specifically, a polyester high-density woven fabric or a non-woven fabric laminated or coated can be used. By protecting with the above cloth, it becomes possible to operate stably even when exposed to a large amount of water such as sweat and bedwetting. Further, since the humidity sensor 2 is directly sewn into the pajamas 9, it is necessary to carry out waterproof treatment such as washing treatment or covering with a moisture-permeable waterproof cloth so that it can be washed.

Further, the impedance of the skin may be measured in addition to the humidity sensor as a sensor for detecting perspiration. When sweating causes the surface of the skin to get wet, the impedance sharply decreases, so that the initial state of sweating can be accurately determined.

When the person wears the pajamas 9, the outputs of the temperature sensor 1 and the humidity sensor 2 are sent from the signal processing unit 3 to the input unit 7 and the control unit 4, and the output thereof causes the temperature / humidity varying means 5, for example, an electric device. By driving a blanket (not shown) and air conditioner, you can grasp the condition of the human body, for example, whether you are sweating or feeling cold, and you are in a comfortable condition (skin temperature 33 degrees, humidity 50% or less) The air conditioning can be controlled so that For example, if the user is sweating after taking a bath, the skin temperature also rises to 36 degrees or more and is sweating, so that the air conditioner 5 can cool the air or blow air to quickly suppress sweating. Further, since the temperature sensor 1 and the humidity sensor 2 are located at the position closest to the skin, it is not necessary to consider the influence of the bedding. In addition, in the case of an infant whose body temperature control function is weak, the body temperature is easily influenced by the environmental temperature, and it is likely to cause a chill or fever. Therefore, by constantly monitoring the skin temperature, air conditioning that is kind to the body becomes possible. In addition, since infants may be liable to move slowly during sleep and kick a futon to cool the bed, if the skin temperature falls off the futon and the skin temperature drops, the room temperature should be raised to control the environment accordingly. Can provide healthy sleep.

The air conditioner 5 (temperature / humidity varying means) capable of heating and cooling the interior of the bedroom includes a temperature sensor 6 for detecting room temperature, a temperature sensor 1 and a humidity sensor 2 for detecting temperature and humidity added to the pajamas 9. An input unit 7 and a control unit 4 for inputting data to the signal via the signal processing unit 3 are provided. The input unit 7 and the temperature sensor 6 are connected to the control unit 4, and the control unit 4 feeds back the air conditioner 5 according to the outputs of the temperature sensor 1 and the humidity sensor 2 so that the temperature and the humidity of the pajamas 9 reach the target values. It is designed to be controlled.

A person who is cold has a phenomenon that blood circulation is poor and the temperature of the lower leg does not rise so that he / she does not fall asleep easily. However, the temperature sensor 1 is added to the lower leg of the pajamas 9 and It detects low temperature and raises the temperature setting of the air conditioner 5,
By issuing a command from the control unit 4 to activate and heat a hot carpet or an electric blanket (not shown), the temperature of the lower leg can be raised to facilitate falling asleep.

At the beginning of sleep, thermal sweating is performed to release heat, and therefore, if the temperature inside the bed is too high, a large amount of sweat is generated, and there is a high risk that the comforter may be hit and the person may feel cold when sleeping. When the humidity sensor 2 detects sweating, the controller 4 lowers the temperature setting to prevent a large amount of sweating. In this case, since the heat capacity varies depending on the body part and the temperature distribution in the bed is not uniform, a plurality of temperature sensors 1 and humidity sensors 2 are installed and the highest temperature is considered to be in contact with the body. Incorporate high humidity points as data. It is preferable to install both the temperature sensor 1 and the humidity sensor 2 as the sensor.
Humidity sensor 2
Since it is possible to detect sweating, it is worth adding only one.

REM sleep occurs 3 to 5 times during sleep. During this period, the regulation function of the body temperature is lowered, and when the body temperature is lowered and the temperature in the bed is lowered, the person awakens and sleep is disturbed. Therefore, the decrease in skin temperature is detected by the temperature sensor 1 and the control unit 4
When the temperature / humidity varying means 5 (air conditioner or heating means such as an electric blanket) is operated so as to attain the target value of, comfortable sleep can be provided. Since the comfortable temperature in the bed during sleep is reported to be around 33 degrees, a sleep environment suitable for an individual can be provided by setting it in consideration of the preference of the user.

(Embodiment 2) By adding a pressure sensor 8 around the chest as shown in FIG. 2 to the pajamas to which the sensor of Embodiment 1 is added, the respiratory condition (pulse) can be grasped in addition to the heat condition of the human body. . The pressure sensor 8 may use a plurality of piezoelectric elements, but may also be a single band-shaped piezoelectric element. Since the pulse rate serves as an index of the activity state (activity, rest) of the human body, the temperature of the warm environment is set so that the temperature is set low when the activity is active and the temperature is raised when the activity is active, according to the amount of activity. The control can be performed by loading the output of the pressure sensor 8 from the input unit 7 into the control unit 4 via the signal processing unit 3. The pressure sensor 8 can detect the entrance to the bed by pressing in a wide range and the body movement in the bed by changing the pressing range. further,
Sleep control changes due to a decrease in body movements, and the power of lighting and sound is turned off, the thermal environment is set once higher for sleep, and air conditioning is radiated to lower the sound. In addition, the thermal environment during sleep can be controlled by information on changes in pulse rate, skin temperature, and sweating state to realize comfortable sleep.

Further, when waking up, sleep becomes light and body movements increase. Therefore, data of the pressure sensor 8 is sent from the input part 7 to the control part 4 via the signal processing part 3 to predict when waking up, and lighting and sound are generated. It is also possible to wake up quickly by adding additional lights or by turning on the lights before the scheduled wake-up time.
By gradually changing the brightness of the lighting, it becomes easier for the human eye to respond to the change from bright to dark and vice versa. The sound can be gradually awakened by gradually raising the volume, and a refreshing awakening can be obtained. Further, the effect can be further enhanced by adding a means for raising the temperature. Further, since it is known that there are many body movements during REM sleep, the pressure sensor 8
REM sleep can be detected by detecting body movements during sleep. In order for a person to wake up quickly, it is desirable to wake up in a light sleep after REM sleep.
It is also possible to detect the progress of sleep and wake up.

The pressure sensor 8 can measure breathing during sleep. Although body movements and pulse waves are transmitted to the pressure sensor 8, only a respiratory component can be taken out and a respiratory rate and its strength can be detected by applying a filter. Then, the apnea during sleep can be detected and an alarm can be issued, or data can be recorded and shown to a doctor.
