Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the effective water resistance performance at a speaker edge without increasing the edge weight by applying the thermal press molding to an expanded polyurethane sheet attached with the synthetic resin including a fluorine group at its end. CONSTITUTION:A continuous slice sheet is obtained by slicing a foamed polyurethane resin of a polyester group and then soaked in the emulsion aqueous solution of the acrylic resin 5 including a fluorine group at its end. In this process, the slice sheet is compressed in the aqueous solution so that the air is discharged out of the bubbles 3. Thus most of bubbles 3 are filled with the emulsion. Then the emulsion is pressed out with compression of the sheet so that a drying process is accelerated. The sheet undergoes the press molding after the heating and drying processes. Thus a roll-shaped edge 2 is obtained as a molded product. Then the edge 2 is bonded at the outer fringe part of a diaphragm 1. In such a way, a speaker diaphragm is obtained.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, when the skin layer 6 of synthetic resin for preventing the infiltration of water is adhered or the synthetic resin film 7 is provided, the edge becomes heavy and the sound pressure of the speaker is increased. However, there was a problem that Further, in each of the methods, there is a problem that the waterproof property is lost if the surface is scratched due to a handling accident or the like because the resin layer for preventing water from entering is only on the surface. Further, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, there is a problem that the manufacturing process of the edge is increased to two processes and the manufacturing cost is increased.

[Function] Synthetic resin having a fluorine group at the terminal has water repellency, and since it adheres to the urethane foam in a very small amount, the waterproof performance as an edge can be satisfied, so the weight of the edge does not increase. .. In addition, since the entire urethane foam formed by the edge has a waterproof property, the waterproof property will not be lost due to scratches in handling.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of a speaker edge according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part thereof. In FIGS. 1 and 2, a continuous sliced sheet having a thickness of 7 mm is obtained from the bread foam 4 (density: 0.030 g / cm 3 ) of the polyester polyurethane resin for the edge 2. An emulsion of acrylic resin 5 having a fluorine group at the end (Dickguard F-4 manufactured by Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Inc.
It is impregnated with a 5 times diluted aqueous solution of (00). At this time, the sheet is compressed in the liquid so that the air in the bubbles 3 escapes so that most of the bubbles 3 of the urethane foam are filled with the emulsion liquid. The sheet is then compressed to squeeze the emulsion liquor to speed up the liquor drying. After the sheet is dried by heating, it is press-molded for 30 seconds in a press die heated to 200 ° C. to obtain a roll-shaped edge 2 having a thickness of 0.8 mm as shown in FIG. This is attached to the outer peripheral edge of the diaphragm 1 to form a speaker diaphragm.

With respect to the speaker edge configured as described above, a cylinder 8 is arranged on the back surface of the edge 2 via a packing 9 as shown in FIG. 3, and water 10 is placed in the cylinder 8 at a minimum water depth of 30 mm. A waterproof test was conducted in which the water was stored and left for 96 hours, but no water leakage occurred. Furthermore, after rubbing the edge surface 5 times with a 400 grit sandpaper at a pressure of 500 g / cm for a part of the edge 2,
A similar waterproof test was conducted, but no water leak occurred.
