れた塗布液は唯一の間隙7によりその流出量を調
整され、その前方の室4fからスムーズかつ速や
かに先端に達し、弁の開口に応答して弁機構を通
つて滞ることなく速やかに先端開口部からスムー
ズに適量づつ流出して修正作業が行われる。この

口した時には、均一化された適量の塗布液が滞る
ことなくスムーズかつ速やかに開口に応答して流
