本考案は集塵機のバグフイルタの内部に挿入し
て用いられる連結式のフイルターケージに関する

(従来の技術)
集塵機のバグフイルタの内部には集塵中に濾布
が潰れることを防止するためにフイルターケージ
と称される金属棒材からなる円筒籠状体が挿入さ
れているが、バグフイルタが長い場合には、その
内部への挿入、取出しを容易にするためにフイル
ターケージを2以上複数のケージ要素としてそれ
ぞれの端面を内側へ弾性的に撓ませたうえ接続用
リングの内側へ挿入することにより上下に連結す
るのを普通とするが、接続用リングが必要である
うえ各ケージ要素の連結部付近を接続用リングの
分だけ縮径させる加工に手数を要し、また、垂直
方向の引張に対する強度が小で連結部が損傷し易
いうえ濾過時にフイルターケージに変形を生じて
濾布が損傷し易いものであつた。そこで、本出願
人は前記のような欠点をなくし、ケージ要素の加
工が容易で濾布やケージ要素の連結部に損傷がな
く、しかも、圧力変化を受けた場合にもケージ要
素が外れることのない連結式のフイルターケージ
として、実開昭61−71216号公報に示すように、
一方のケージ要素の端面から突出させた複数個の
嵌着用突起を他方のケージ要素に嵌着させ、ま
た、一方のケージ要素の端面付近の環状横材に基
部を枢着させた複数の掛金の先端を他方のケージ
要素の環状横材に弾性的に係合させることにより
上下に接続したフイルターケージを先に提案し

レバー付の締め金具をその上端部においてそれぞ
れ枢着するとともに該締め金具の基部に下端をも
つて枢着した各掛金の遊端を前記フツク状の固定
受金に締め付け可能に係止させたことを特徴とす

と下方のケージ要素2の突き合わせた連結部にお
いて濾布が損傷するおそれは全くない。また、前
記操作レバー8付の締め金具5はその上端部にお
いてベース金具9の内面にそれぞれ枢着するとと
もにその基部に掛金7の下端を枢着したため、複
数のフツク状の固定受金6にそれぞれ遊端を係止
させての各掛金7の締め付けは均斉且つ的確に行
うことができるとともに操作レバー8に手を触れ
ない限り複数の締め金具5による強固な締め付け
に弛緩を生ずることはないものである。さらに、
配設された複数のフツク状の固定受金6に各掛金
7の遊端を係止して締め付けにより連結一体化し
た複数のケージ要素1,2は大きな引張強度を有
し、連結部付近に取扱い中に若干無理な力が作用

ルターケージのもつ種々の問題点を一掃したもの
で、安直に量産できる利点と相俟ち実用的価値極
