[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention relates to an improved bed sheet, and is particularly characterized by the fact that it can be used comfortably by bedridden patients and long-term care patients to prevent bedsores and the release of bad odors. This is what I did.

Conventional mattresses have poor breathability, and sweat is easily absorbed and penetrates into the mattress or mattress below.
In particular, for patients who are forced to stay in bed for a long period of time, even if the mattress is changed frequently, not only will sweat and body odor accumulate, causing extreme discomfort, but also the sweat and other moisture that has permeated the mattress will evaporate due to body heat. However, many problems have been observed, such as this causing bedsores.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention uses fluorine-based resin or urethane-based resin in the entire area between the outer material made of a relatively thin woven fabric, preferably a woven fabric made of polymeric fibers, and the lining material such as tricot fabric. By interposing a porous film to form an integrally constructed bed sheet, all of the above-mentioned problems of conventional bed sheets are solved.

In addition, the present bed sheet employs a method of containing a zinc compound and an organic acid or an aluminum sulfate in an appropriate ratio in the woven fabric of the outer material.

The proposed sheet with the above structure has a porosity of around 80% with a pore diameter of 0.2 microns or less because the fluorine-based resin or urethane-based resin film that forms the intermediate layer does not absorb water droplets such as sweat and urine. It has the unique effect of not allowing air to pass through, but allowing air molecules to pass through freely.

In addition, outer fabrics containing appropriate amounts of zinc compounds and organic acids have a permanent deodorizing effect.

The structure of the present invention will be described in more detail below according to Examples 1 and 2. 1 is a outer material, for example, a thin woven fabric made of polymeric fiber such as nylon, and 2 is a lining made of tricot fabric, etc. These are then polymerized together to form a sheet.

The outer material is prepared by mixing a certain amount of urethane resin (or fluorine resin) with a water-soluble resin and applying it to at least one entire surface of the woven fabric, and then washing with water to absorb the water-soluble resin. A porous film 3 having a large number of microscopic pores is formed over the entire inner surface of the outer material.

Moreover, FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the bed sheet of the present invention, in which instead of the porous film that is directly applied to the outer material 1 with the resin treatment as in the above example, a porous film is formed between the outer material 1 and the lining material 2. Thickness 0, made by stretching tetrafluoroethylene to
It has a three-layer structure with a porous film 4 of about 0.001 inch in size interposed therebetween.

In addition, the porous films 3 and 4 of each of the above examples are formed with pores having a pore diameter of 0.2 microns or less and a porosity of about 80%, and each pore has a porosity of 1/5000 to 20000 of a water droplet. Since it is approximately 700 times the size of a vapor molecule, it exhibits the characteristics of sufficient breathability and excellent waterproof properties.

Furthermore, the outer material 1 of the bed according to the present invention is not limited to the woven fabric of polymeric fibers shown in the above examples, but may also be a woven fabric knitted by ordinary spinning, or a woven fabric whose surface has been brushed in advance. You can.

Therefore, the above porous films 3 and 4 in the present invention
If the pore size is larger than 0.2 microns, the breathability will be good, but the waterproof performance will be reduced and water will easily permeate, so the upper limit is set at 0.2 microns, and the % porosity is ensured.

In addition, an appropriate amount of one or more of an organic or inorganic zinc compound such as zinc oxide or zinc acetate, an organic acid such as an aliphatic acid or an aromatic acid, or a sulfate represented by aluminum sulfate is added to the above outer material 1 in advance. By containing a deodorizing agent, it is possible to impart a permanent deodorizing or deodorizing effect to the bed sheet.

According to the above-mentioned bed sheet, the porous film (or film) having breathability and waterproofness allows air and evaporated molecules to freely pass through during use, but sweat, urine, etc. Since the moisture itself does not permeate downward, it can significantly reduce the occurrence of bedsores, especially for patients undergoing long-term care, and products containing deodorizers in the outer material can absorb sweat and urine water. It has a high deodorizing effect, and combined with the above-mentioned breathability, it has the special effect of allowing patients to continue their medical treatment in extremely comfort.
