[Background Art] In oil purifiers into which high-temperature oil is poured after use, a pedestal is attached to the bottom of the container, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-259627, and this pedestal is used to Measures are taken to prevent the heat of the oil stored in the container from being transmitted to the table surface on which the container is placed. However, in the conventional example shown above, although the pedestal is attached via a mounting plate fixed to the bottom surface of the container by means such as spot welding, hot oil drips from the oil purifying section. Because the mounting plate was attached at the same time, the temperature of the oil was easily transmitted to the pedestal through the mounting plate. For this reason, when the pedestal was placed on a table, the heated pedestal via the mounting plate There were cases where the vinyl cloth etc. placed on top of the product was damaged.

Now, in the oil purifier configured in this way, with the lid 4 removed, the oil used for tempura etc. is poured into the oil purifier and filtered in the oil purifying section A. At this time, the oil is first filtered. Fine impurities such as fried crumbs and sludge are removed by the filter body 2, which is a paper filter, and then, while passing through the filter body 3, coloring components, odors, etc. are adsorbed and removed. As described above, the filter body 2 is provided with a large number of pleats to increase its surface area, so that a large amount of oil can be poured in at once, and the filtration time can be shortened.

In addition, the high temperature oil that has passed through the oil purification section A drips onto the center of the bottom of the container 1, but the dripping range of this oil is provided with a convex portion 18 as described above to provide insulation between it and the pedestal 6. A space 19 is formed, and a pedestal 6
Since the mounting plate 60 for attaching the oil to the container 1 is fixed to the container 1 outside the above-mentioned dripping range, the heat of the dripped high-temperature oil is not directly transmitted to the pedestal 6.

In other words, after dripping, the convex part 1 in the oil storage part B
The heat of the oil is reduced by contacting the area surrounding the convex part 8, or by reducing the heat mixed with the oil remaining in the area surrounding the convex part 18, and then the heat of the oil is transferred through the mounting plate 60. is transmitted to the pedestal 6,
Moreover, by the time the oil dripping from the oil purification section A has spread over the entire bottom surface of the oil storage section B, the oil in the oil storage section B has been cooled down throughout the container 1, and the oil remaining in the area surrounding the protrusion 18 has been cooled down. Because of this, the pedestal 6 does not reach a high temperature, and even if it is placed on a table covered with heat-resistant vinyl cloth, etc., the vinyl cloth will not be exposed to heat. It cannot be damaged.

When reusing the oil stored in oil storage part B,
Instead of opening the entire lid 4, it is only necessary to open the oil filler lid 41. When the oil filler lid 41 is opened, the oil filler lid 41 is held in that state by the spring 56.
Even if the container 1 is tilted, the oil filling lid 41 will not close. Then, when the container 1 is tilted, the oil in the oil storage part B, especially the clean oil in the upper layer of the oil in the oil storage part B, passes through the flow path between the inner surface of the container 1 and the outer surface of the case 8, and flows through the spout. It flows out from 10. At this time,
Even if the container 1 is tilted significantly, the main lid 40 is fixed to the container 1 as described above, so the lid 4 will not come off. Of course, the oil purifying section A will not come off.

On the other hand, oil flowing out from the spout 10 is guided by the oil filler fitting 15 and exits. This oil filler fitting 15 is provided to prevent oil from dripping from the filler spout 10, and even if oil drips down the outer surface of the oil filler fitting 15, this oil will be removed from the oil filler fitting 1.
5 and the inner surface of the spout 10, and then returns to the oil reservoir B through a small gap between the lower end of the oil filler fitting 15 and the protrusion 16 on the inner surface of the spout 10. This means that oil will not drip down the outer surface of the container 1.

When replacing the filter bodies 2 and 3, the large diameter part 80 at the upper end of the case 8 should be replaced with the cylindrical part 13 of the ring body 11.
In addition, the axes of the outer surface of the large diameter portion 80 of the case 8 and the inner peripheral surface of the upper half of the ring body 11 are shifted from each other. As is clear from FIG. 3, since there is a space in which a finger can be inserted, it is sufficient to use this space to grasp the upper end of the case 8 and pull out the case 8 together.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, in this invention, the high temperature oil that has passed through the oil purification section drips onto the convex part provided on the bottom of the container, and the oil is installed to avoid this dripping area. The heat of the dripping high-temperature oil is not transmitted to the pedestal, and by the time the oil dripping from the oil purification section spreads over the entire bottom of the oil storage section, the oil in the oil storage section has cooled down throughout the container. Since the temperature is lowered by mixing with the oil remaining in the area surrounding the oil dripping area, the heat transmitted to the pedestal is not very high, and therefore the table etc. on which the oil purifier is placed may be damaged by the heat. Moreover, the recesses formed around the protrusions by providing the above-mentioned protrusions become a place where residues that have not been completely filtered in the oil purification section accumulate. In addition, only clean oil can be used when recycling oil.
