Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a light and thin current breaker having flexibility and difficult to have contact failure. CONSTITUTION:The combination of planes, mutually applied by surface processing having a function capable of sticking and separating many times, is arranged on both the sides of a circuit breaking point. The simplest method is to apply, what is called, the processing of the loop plane 1 and hook plane 2 of a magic tape (registered trademark) to each plane. It may be recommended that a conductor itself is processed for this purpose, or a method in which plastic and other raw material are used to give a main function of adherence to them, and the conductor is mixed in them. The adherence of these planes connects a circuit, and the separation breaks the circuit.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional circuit breakers and so-called outlets are used not only for high-voltage currents, but also for weak currents, either side of the contact portion being formed of a flat or curved single metal conductor. There were many combinations of contact points, such as face to face, face to line, and face to point. It was three-dimensional and bulky in order to maintain the mechanical strength around the contact points.

In the prior art, contact failure may occur due to weakening or wear of the spring at the contact portion. Further, as described above, since it is three-dimensionally bulky and reinforced with a hard material, it is difficult to use in an environment where flexibility and thinness are required. Touch button switches, which are often found in recent years, are thin, but not flexible enough to withstand bending. Especially in the case of an outlet, the cord itself is flexible and is used in the expected way, but the plug part connected to the cord is inflexible and discontinuously flexible at that point. Since the material changes from a non-flexible material, the added force concentrates. Therefore, for example, in the case of an outlet, it is forbidden to pull out the cord. The current circuit breaker and the connector according to the present invention eliminate these drawbacks mainly in an environment where a weak current is used, are thin, do not cause a contact failure, and can withstand rough handling, and are strong against bending. It realizes a connector.

Means for solving the problems A combination of surfaces provided with surface treatments capable of being brought into close contact with and peeling from each other any number of times is arranged on both sides of a cut point of a circuit. The simplest method is to process the loop surface (1) and hook surface (2) of so-called Velcro tape on each surface. Needless to say, there may be various other methods in which the surface of a toothbrush with a small conductive wire is applied. The conductor itself may be processed in this way, or a method may be used in which plastic or another material is used to give them a main function of adhesion and the conductor is mixed therein.

[Function] When the two surfaces are brought together, they are in close contact and the circuit is connected. This state can be maintained unless a particularly strong pulling force is applied. If you apply an appropriate amount of pulling force, the two surfaces will peel off and the circuit will break.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment. In the second embodiment, the A surface (3) is provided with one surface of the contact and the B surface (4) is provided with the other surface, and appropriate wiring is performed. This makes it possible to realize a switch that functions by opening and closing the turning portion (5). It is possible to prevent the opened A surface (3) and B surface (4) from being inadvertently closed by subjecting the C surface (5) and the D surface (6) to the same contact processing. Also side A (3)
The open / closed state of the switch can be easily visually confirmed by changing the color of the double-sided surface formed by the B side (4) and the double-sided surface formed by the C side (5) and the D side (6) it can. It goes without saying that another switch function can be provided by appropriately wiring the C surface (5) and the D surface (6). It is also possible to increase the number of switches by providing two or more turning parts.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a third embodiment. By combining the surface of the positive pole (8) and the surface of the negative pole (9) which have been surface-treated in this way, the outlet function can be achieved. Different colors can be used to distinguish between positive and negative poles.

By using the circuit breaker according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a switch and an outlet that are light and thin and are strong against bending, and the possibility of contact failure is extremely low.
Of course, since the contact part is exposed on the surface and used, it can be used only in an environment where a weak current is used, but at the present time when this environment is spreading, its range of use is not small. Especially when it is used as an outlet, there is little risk of damaging the connection point when inserting or pulling out, so
Rough handling such as holding the cord and pulling it on the spot can be performed, improving the efficiency of the work itself. It is also possible to attach the switch to clothes or the like without impairing the comfort. Also, if the texture of the surface treatment is modified, it will be convenient for people with visual impairment.
