(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned
A dedicated dew condensation prevention cover is required, and since it is placed on the outside of the main body frame, it has the disadvantage that it is large in volume and costs are considerably high. In addition, the above-mentioned condensation prevention cover placed on the outside of the main body frame must be removed from the main body frame one by one during installation work, and furthermore, it must be reattached to the main body frame in the end, making the work cumbersome. It also had a drawback. In addition, the condensation prevention cover placed on the outside of the main body frame is often damaged by external forces during transportation and handling, which impairs its insulation properties and makes it less effective in preventing condensation. It also had drawbacks.

(Function) According to the above means, it is possible to prevent hot and humid air from a bathroom from coming into contact with the inner surface of the main body frame, which is cooled by the air temperature in the attic. The air layer prevents this. This prevents condensation on the inner surface of the main body frame, and the insulator that does this also serves as a casing that surrounds the blower blades, and is not specifically designed to prevent condensation. Since the device is installed inside the device, its volume can be small. Furthermore, the heat insulating body installed inside the main body frame in this way does not need to be removed every time the installation work is carried out, and therefore there is no need to take the trouble of reattaching it. Further, the outer dimension of the upper side of the heat insulator is smaller than the inner dimension of the main body frame by the gap between the heat insulator and the main body frame, so that the insertability of the heat insulator into the main body frame can be improved. In addition, the heat insulator installed inside the main body frame,
It is not subjected to external force during transportation or handling, so damage can be prevented and good insulation properties can be maintained. The heat insulating body has an outer surface that follows the inner surface of the main body frame, which is approximately rectangular, and has a portion that forms the inner surface of the casing that surrounds the blower blades, thereby creating a large heat insulating layer. The parts are formed at the corners, thereby increasing the heat insulation performance.

A heat insulator 13 is made of a heat insulating material such as styrene foam, and its outer surface 14 has a shape along the inner surface of the main body frame 7, that is, a substantially rectangular box shape, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The inside thereof has a portion 15 forming a spiral chamber shape, which is the inner surface shape of a casing surrounding the blowing blade 12. Here, 16 is a suction port for the casing, 17 is a discharge port, and 18 is a flange which is a contact portion formed at the lower edge of the outer surface 14 of the heat insulator and the side edge on the side of the discharge port 17. At this point, this flange portion 18 is set to have approximately the same dimensions as the inner surface of the main body frame 7, and almost all other portions of the outer surface 14 are set to smaller dimensions than the inner surface of the main body frame 7.

Therefore, the heat insulator 13 formed as described above
is installed as shown in FIG. 1 by being press-fitted into the body frame 7 through the intake port 8. In this installed state, most of the outer surface 14 of the heat insulating body 13 and the body frame 7 are Although a gap 19 is created between the flange portion 18 and the inner surface, the flange portion 18 is in close contact with the inner surface of the corresponding portion of the main body frame 7. In this case, an air layer is formed between the body frame 7 and the heat insulator 13 due to the gap 19, and the outer dimension of the upper end of the heat insulator 13 is the same as that of the body frame 7.
The inner dimensions of the heat insulating body 13 are made smaller than the inner dimensions of the heat insulating body 13, thereby making it easier to attach the heat insulating body 13.

Now, in the case of the structure as described above, since the main body frame 7 is disposed exclusively behind the ceiling 1, it is cooled by the air temperature behind the ceiling 1, as in the conventional case. However, the heat insulator 13 installed inside the body frame 7 prevents the hot and humid air from the bathroom below the ceiling 1 from coming into contact with the cooled inner surface of the body frame 7. In this way, dew condensation on the inner surface of the main body frame 7 is prevented.
Furthermore, in this case, the presence of the air layer due to the gap 19 makes the heat insulating properties of the heat insulator 13 even more effective, thereby promoting the effect of preventing dew condensation on the inner surface of the main body frame 7. Furthermore, since the heat insulating body 13 itself has heat insulating properties, it will not be cooled even if it comes into contact with the body frame 7, and therefore, even if the inner surface of the heat insulating body 13 comes into contact with the hot and humid air below the ceiling 1, it will not be cooled down. However, since dew does not form, it is possible to prevent dew from dripping and making bathers uncomfortable.

The heat insulating body 13 that performs the dew condensation prevention function as described above has a portion 15 forming the inner surface shape of the casing that surrounds the blower blades 12. It is not a dedicated condensation prevention cover like a dew condensation prevention cover placed on the outside of the frame, and
It is installed inside the main body frame 7, and unlike the conventional dew condensation prevention cover that is placed on the outside of the main body frame, its volume can be reduced, and the cost can also be reduced sufficiently. Can be done. Furthermore, the heat insulating body 13 installed inside the main body frame 7 in this way does not need to be removed every time the installation work is performed, unlike a conventional condensation prevention cover placed on the outside of the main body frame. Reattachment eliminates the need for additional labor, thereby simplifying construction work. In addition, the heat insulating body 13 installed inside the main body frame 7 is not subjected to external force during transportation or cargo handling, thus preventing damage to the heat insulating body 13 and maintaining good heat insulation properties, thereby preventing the aforementioned dew condensation. A sufficient preventive effect can also be obtained without deteriorating it.

In the case of the above embodiment, the heat insulator 13 hardly runs along the top surface of the inner surface of the main body frame 1, and there is therefore concern about dew condensation there.
However, since the motor 10 is in contact with it through the mounting plate 11, and the heat of the motor 10 is conducted through the mounting plate 11, there is no need to worry about it being warmed up and causing dew condensation.

However, the heat insulating body 13 may be provided along the top surface of the inner surface of the main body frame 1, and the large portion 21 of the heat insulating layer of the heat insulating body 13 may be either hollow or solid. Furthermore, the heat insulating body 13 may have a tapered shape so that the upper end side is slightly narrower, as long as it is in contact with the inner surface of the main body frame 7 at least at the contact portion exemplified by the flange portion 18.
