細長い角柱状のゴムパツキンを該突条を放熱板に
接触させて介入して該ゴムパツキンと前記低側壁
との間に無側壁部をもつてする側部開口を形成
し、重ねられた各放熱板をその4隅のボルト挿通
孔とゴムパツキンのボルト挿通孔に挿通された長
ボルトにより締付一体化したことを特徴とするも
のである。

る側部開口を形成してある。このゴムパツキン7
は、放熱板1,1との接触面にあたる前後両表面
に長手方向に延びる複数の突条6を形成するとと
もに上端に前後方向に向け短庇部7c,7cを前
記突条6の先端より突出させて張設した細長い角
柱状のゴムパツキン本体7aの両端を下方に拡幅
された広幅部7b,7bに形成し、さらに、両端
の各広幅部7bの範囲内においてにボルト挿通孔
11が設けられたもので、このゴムパツキン7に
より前記無側壁部4,4をもつて形成される上下
交互の空間の端部5aが密閉されるように全体を
各放熱板1の4隅に配設してあるボルト挿通孔と
ゴムパツキン7の両端に設けたボルト挿通孔11
に挿通された長ボルト8により締結一体化して熱
交換ユニツトとされている。なお、ボルト挿通孔
11を実施例のようにゴムパツキン本体7aの左
右両端の下方に拡幅した広幅部7b,7bに設け
ておけば、ゴムパツキン本体7a全体を広幅とし
ておかなくても充分な強度があつて後記するよう
に長ボルト8による締付けによつても孔縁より破
損することがなく長期耐用できるものとなり、さ
らに、積層した際の放熱板1,1相互間の密封性
を向上させるため、低側壁2の後側のエツジ部に
は隣接する放熱板1の低側壁2の先端9を嵌合さ
せる凹部10を形成しておいたり、長ボルト8に
よる締付の際にゴムパツキン7が過大な圧縮を受
けることを防止するため、ゴムパツキン7のボル
ト挿通孔11の周辺を拡大部としておくとともに
該ボルト挿通孔11に適当なスペーサを嵌入して
もよい。また、最外側となる放熱板1の低側壁2
の表面には平板12をセツトして上下に一つおき
に形成される空間の端部がゴムパツキン7により
密封されて上下両端に近い左右両側に一つおきの
側部開口が位置された熱交換ユニツトが得られ
る。

開口を閉塞するパツキン28を添装したものとし
てある。この結果、フアン23,24を作動させ
れば電気機器収納箱50の内部の高温の空気は上
部一側の側部開口から放熱板1,1間に一つおき
に形成される流路に流入したうえゴムパツキン7
により密封されていない下側の他端開口5bから
ケーシング22に入りフアン24によつて再び電
気機器収納箱50内へ戻され、同様に外気は下部
の他端開口5bからケーシング21に入りフアン
23によつて大気中へ放出されることとなる。

てする他方の側部開口とを有するものとに分か
れ、これらの流路に電気機器収納箱の内部から吸
