Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely determine a conduction of laundry spin-dried so as to maintain the finishing by automatic washing operation constant. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic washing machine incorporating a spin-drying mechanism, a speaker repeats the pressurization of the pressure in a tank 2, and a microphone 5 detects a variation in the pressure in the tank upon the pressurization by the speaker. That is, variation in the pressure is detected by the microphone while the speaker is driven during spin-drying of washing 6, so that a CPU 15 determines the condition of dehydration of the washing and automatically controls the spin drying operation.

[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] In an automatic washing machine incorporating a dehydration / drying mechanism, a speaker is provided which repeatedly pressurizes the pressure in the tub, and a microphone for detecting a change in room pressure during pressurization by the speaker is provided. When the laundry is dehydrated and dried, the dehydration state is determined by detecting the pressure that changes according to the law of gas with a microphone while driving the speaker.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the laundry is dehydrated and dried, the pressure in the tank is repeatedly applied by the speaker, and the change in the tank pressure at that time is detected by the microphone, and the microphone follows the law of gas. Since the volume change of the laundry is determined by detecting the changing pressure and the dehydration state is determined, the dehydration state can be determined very easily and accurately.
Therefore, by performing automatic washing based on this detection, it is possible to always finish with a certain degree of dehydration and drying.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment of the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an automatic washing machine, in which 1 is a machine body and 2 is a washing / dehydrating tub, in which laundry is washed. Reference numeral 3 is a lid that covers the tank 2, and a speaker 4 and a microphone 5 are incorporated in this portion. 2 is a detailed diagram of the detection control circuit,
6 is the laundry in the tub 2, 7 is a dehydration motor for rotating the tub 2,
8 is a driving power source, 9 is a drying heater, and P of the inverter 10
It is controlled by the WM control 11. 12 is a speaker 4
Drive power supply to drive. Reference numeral 13 is a divider for obtaining the ratio of the detection signal of the microphone 5 and the reference signal, and this output is A / D
The data is converted 14 and input to the CPU 15. 16 is a memory for washing conditions, and 17 and 18 are interfaces for control signals of the CPU 15. Power supply 1 when dehydrating and drying laundry 6
2 drives the speaker 4 to apply pressure to the tank 2,
The change in the tank pressure at that time is detected by the microphone 5.
The detection signal of this microphone 5 is the law of gas PV = RT
The pressure P which changes according to is detected. A reference signal is added to the divider 13, and this and the microphone 5
By calculating the ratio of the signals from, the change in the volume V of the laundry 6 can be obtained from the pressure P detected by the microphone 5. That is, the dehydrated and dried state of the laundry 6 can be determined. This signal is digitally converted by the A / D converter 14 to generate CP.
It is input to the U processing circuit 15. The CPU 15 outputs a control signal by comparing and processing the input signal with the data in the memory 16, and sends a signal to each motor control power source 8, the PWM circuit 11 for controlling the heater 9, etc., so that the desiccation / drying state planned. Control to obtain. The room temperature can be detected by providing a thermometer, and this temperature signal can be input to the CPU 15 and controlled as a function of temperature. The heater 9 may be gas heating, high frequency heating, or the like. Further, instead of providing the speaker and the microphone for the action of pressure and the detection of pressure as described above, one piezoelectric element can be used in common. This uses, for example, an electrostrictive material, generates a strain pressure when driven by applying a voltage, and can detect a voltage signal when pressure is applied from the outside. The oscillating sound pressure is 10Hz
Accurate determination can be performed by repeating transmission and reception using approximately 100 Hz and determining the cumulative value as data. For the determination of the dehydrated state, it is possible to perform an accurate determination by performing a comparative determination corresponding to the material, amount, etc. of the laundry, and to control the determination accordingly.
