Recently, a mirror plate has been placed on a part of the front of the above vessel frame,
A system has also been developed and put into practical use that allows the patient to visually check the condition of the affected area using a real image projected on a mirror plate, thereby improving communication between the patient and the surgeon. Even in the case of a surgical light with a head plate, the original function of the surgical light must be maintained, so the head plate must be placed in front of the surgical light when in use, and moved out of the optical path of the irradiated light when not in use. Installed as possible.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, in the medical lighting device of the present invention, when the mirror plate 5 is not in use, it is placed in a position where it does not interfere with the irradiation light, so the original function of the lighting device is maintained, and even at this time, Since the surface of the mirror plate 5 is covered by the protective plate 6, scratches on the surface, adhesion of dust, and unnecessary reflection of light from the mirror plate 5 are prevented. Furthermore, if the protective plate 6 is made of a semi-translucent or non-translucent plate material, the irradiation to the patient's eyes will be alleviated or blocked when the mirror plate 5 is used, and the patient will not be dazzled by the irradiated light. It is possible to easily visually check one's own affected area reflected on the mirror plate 5. Furthermore, if the protection plate 6 is made of a milky-white semi-transparent plate material and the film locking portion 61 is formed on the surface thereof, the X-ray image of the affected area can be viewed when the mirror plate 5 is used, and the real image of the mirror plate 5 can be viewed. By comparing this with X-ray imaging using film, patients themselves can more accurately grasp the condition of the affected area, and the operator can explain to the patient while pointing out the real image and X-ray imaging, making it easier to communicate with the patient. Communication between the surgeons is improved and the relationship of trust between them is improved.
