2. Description of the Related Art A locking tool made of synthetic resin is, for example, September 1963.
Proposed in U.S. Pat.No. 3,103,666 issued on March 16th, many inventions and inventions were made in relation to this locking device,
It has become popular. Since the locking device itself is extremely small, it is practically inconvenient to manufacture it individually and attach it to the product. Therefore, it is necessary to combine 35, 50, and in some cases 75 to 100 locking devices. It is necessary to manufacture it as an aggregate and handle it.
It has been devised.

As an example of improving the locking tool assembly disclosed in the above-mentioned US Patent, for example, FIG. 6 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-20240).
As shown in FIG. 1, a head portion 11, a filament portion 12 extending from the center of the head portion 11, and a horizontal bar portion 13 fixed to one end of the filament portion 12 and arranged in parallel with the head portion 11. The locking device thus configured is connected to the connecting rod 15 through the connecting piece 14, and the heads 11 are cutably connected by the fixing member 16 to form the locking device assembly. This prevents the locks from tangling with each other.

Now, the conventional locking tool assembly is described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication
As described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 52-20240, it is necessary to connect the engaging member to the connecting rod 15 via the connecting piece 14, and therefore, the connecting member is connected in the conventional engaging member assembly. Piece
14 and connecting rod 15 were indispensable. Further, the connecting piece 14 not only serves to connect the locking tool to the connecting rod 15, but also acts as a feeding member when supplying the locking tool assembly to the gun, and the conventional gun is used. It was a necessary member as far as I could.

As described above, the connecting rod 15 has a function of arranging a large number of fasteners in a comb shape. This serves as a spine as an assembly and as a runner in the molding process. It fulfills its function. For example, the weight of the fastener assembly in which 35 nylon fasteners are connected to the connecting rod via the fastener is 1.3 g, but the weight of the connecting rod and the engaging piece in it is 1.3 g. Is 0.14 to 0.20 g, and finally 11 to 15% of the total weight of the fastener assembly is the weight of the connecting rod and the connecting piece.

On the other hand, the connecting rod and the connecting piece are members that are discarded when the locking tool is attached to the product together with the label and the tag, and are wasteful parts. Therefore, it is preferable that the connecting rod and the connecting piece are not provided at least from the viewpoint of using the locking tool. Further, this connecting rod gradually protrudes from below the guide groove provided in the gun as the locking tool is driven by the gun, but this connecting rod has a connecting piece after the locking tool is cut off by a blade. It will protrude in a comb shape. This connecting piece is sharply pointed, and it gradually protrudes downward of the front part of the gun as the locking tool is driven. The problem was that we had to be careful when doing this.

As another publicly known example, a plurality of fasteners themselves are arranged and the heads and the edges of the horizontal rods having a square cross section are adhered with an adhesive to be assembled into a stapler needle-like assembly. Although a body has been proposed, it is substantially difficult to bond the fastener with an adhesive that is a material other than the synthetic resin that constitutes the fastener in this manner, and the productivity is remarkably inferior. This is often difficult to implement due to various factors such as the degree of adhesion of the adhesive, the adhesive strength, and the drying speed.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the above-described conventional fastener assembly requires a connecting piece and a connecting rod. Specifically, (1)
(2) The connecting rod with the sharp cutting end fixed in a comb shape protrudes from the lower front part of the gun during operation of the gun, and it is pulled around and damages the product. (3) Eliminating these wasteful and obstructing members, many locking devices are arranged in a line, compact and excellent in packaging and handling. Another object of the present invention is to provide a fastener assembly, and (4) provide a fastener assembly having excellent productivity.

The locking tool assembly T is wholly integrally molded of a thermoplastic resin such as nylon or polypropylene. The head portion 1 is projected from the edge portion toward the central portion, and the vertexes 5 facing each other are connected to each other at substantially one point on the extension of the filament portion 2. What is important in the present invention is, as specifically shown in FIG. 3, that the adjacent tapered horizontal bar portions 3, 3 are substantially one point 3a at the thickest central portion.
Therefore, a sharp triangular small gap is formed between the horizontal bar portions 3, 3, and a thin plate-like, for example, film-like connecting body 4 is provided in this small gap. The adjacent horizontal bar portions 3, 3, ... In the fastener assembly T are as if they were a single sheet.

Note that FIG. 3 is for facilitating the understanding of the connecting body 4, and since the horizontal bar portion 3 is drawn in an extremely tapered shape, the area of the connecting body 4 looks large, but in reality, In this locking device assembly, the connecting body 4 has a small area. Therefore, even if the connecting body 4 is left on the side surface of the horizontal bar portion 3 after being cut as described later, there is substantially no problem. There is no degree.

The function of the connecting member 4 is to compactly form a kind of flow channel of molten thermoplastic resin for molding the horizontal rod portion 3 and a locking tool assembly T for packing and handling. Yes, even if the connecting member 4 is left on the side surface of the horizontal rod portion 3 without being cut in the manufacturing process or the packing process, the locking tool t is easily cut when the product is driven. It should be small and not damage the merchandise. In addition, the horizontal bar portions 3 are arranged in a sheet shape via the connecting body 4 in the state where the locking tools t are assembled, and the connecting body 4
Must have such strength that the horizontal bar portions 3 can hold their positions relative to each other.

The length of the connecting body 4 is optimally formed to the entire length of the horizontal bar portion 3 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, but the original function of the connecting body 4 is to provide a large number of locking members. It is sufficient that the tools extend from the central portion of the horizontal rod portion 3 toward both ends of the horizontal rod portion 3 so that the horizontal rod portion 3 does not wobble when assembled into a unit. 1/2, 1/3, 2/3, 3/4 ...
・ And various lengths can be selected, preferably 1/3
That is all. In any case, a large number of locking tools are well assembled, and are easily cut when the locking tools are driven, and it is necessary to prevent the remaining portion of the horizontal bar portion 4 from being cut as much as possible. In addition, the end surface of the connecting body 4 is a U-shaped 4
By forming it in a, it becomes easy to insert and cut the blade at the time of cutting, as described later.

The thickness of the connecting body 4 is substantially constant as shown in FIG. If the inclined surface 6 is formed at the end of the horizontal bar portion 3 as shown in FIG. 4, two horizontal bars where members (blades) for cutting the connecting body 4 are adjacent to each other, as will be described later. There is an advantage that it can be easily inserted between the parts 3, 3. As described above, in the locking tool assembly of the present invention, a large number of horizontal bar portions 3 are arranged in a substantially close contact state or close to each other, and the horizontal bar portions 3 are cut by the connecting body 4. It is possible to connect them in one sheet (like a stapler).

The connecting body 4 can be cut by using a knife (knife) or the like provided at the entrance of the horizontal rod 3 when it is pushed into the hollow needle provided at the tip of the gun. Further, as a completely new cutting mechanism, for example, in FIG. 5, an assembly in which the horizontal bar portions A, B, C, ... Are connected by the connecting body 4 moves in the guide groove 6 of the gun in the direction indicated by the arrow X. When the horizontal bar A at the leftmost end is driven into the hollow needle 7, the horizontal bar A is pushed up as shown by the arrow Y to be positioned at the center of the opening of the hollow needle 7 and operated by the gun lever. In this series of operations, since the horizontal rod portions B, C, ... Following the horizontal rod portion A are located in the guide groove 6, the horizontal rod portions A and B are pushed out. The connecting body 4A connecting between and is cut when the horizontal bar portion A is pushed up in the direction of the arrow Y.

As described above, in the fastener assembly of the present invention, the adjacent heads are connected at substantially one point on the extension line of the filament portion, and the adjacent horizontal bar portions have the thickest central portion. Are connected at substantially one end thereof, and further extend from the central portion of the horizontal rod portion toward both ends of the horizontal rod portion, and the horizontal rod portions are connected by a connecting body having a strength capable of holding their positions relative to each other.

As a result, according to the present invention, the adjacent heads are connected to each other at substantially one point, and the adjacent horizontal bars are connected to each other at substantially one point in the central portion thereof and by the connecting body. It is possible to prevent the assembly from being disassembled into pieces due to an external force acting on the assembly of the fasteners in the manufacturing process and the packaging process. Even if the connection between adjacent heads is destroyed, the horizontal rods can hold their positions relative to each other by the mutual connection and the connecting body of the horizontal bar portions, which is sufficiently used as a fastener assembly. be able to.

Therefore, when the fastener assembly of the present invention is loaded into the gun, the assembly stands upright from the gun and does not rock. If the aggregate swings, it will be a great obstacle when continuously striking a large number of products and the like, and the work efficiency will be significantly reduced. If the mutual positions of the horizontal bars are not held constant and are twisted, for example, it becomes impossible to sequentially feed the fastener assembly to the gun as the fastener is driven into the product, etc. The connecting body is cut at the part, and the aggregate is broken.

According to the present invention, such trouble can be eliminated. Also, since the connecting body has a length and a width,
The mold can be easily manufactured, and damage to the mold during molding can be prevented. Further, unlike the conventional assembly, since the horizontal bar portion is not connected to the connecting rod via the connecting piece, the resin required for the connecting piece and the connecting rod can be saved.

Furthermore, when attaching a locking piece to a product or the like,
The conventional assembly has a drawback that the connecting rod and the connecting piece remain after the locking tool is driven in, and these members project from the gun to damage the product or the like. However, since the assembly of the present invention does not require a connecting piece or a connecting rod, such a drawback can be eliminated.

Further, since a connecting piece and a connecting rod, which are required in the conventional assembly, are not required, and the adjacent head portion and the horizontal bar portion are connected, the assembly becomes compact, and the molten resin at the time of molding is formed. The flow becomes good, and the generation of defective products due to poor resin flow can be prevented.
