の外周対向部分に配置したものと、振動体の面対向部分

振器から900Hzの交番周波数を入力し振動体を振動させ
る。この振動体の共振振動数は300Hzであるが、これに
よる永久磁石の反発振動作用の感知を他方のコイルで検
出して交番周波数の発生回路に負帰還させることにより
発振周波数と振動体の共振振動数を同期している。図3
は発振器の回路の一例であり駆動用コイルはL1,同期

体の共振振動数は350Hzであるが、これによる永久磁石
の反発振動作用の感知を他方のコイルで検出して交番周
波数の発生回路に負帰還させることにより発振周波数と
振動体の共振振動数を同期している。図3は発振器の回
