【考案の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本考案はスライドフアスナーにおける止部の改
良に関するもので、特に合成樹脂により成形する

従来の技術
従来において、スライドフアスナーにおけるエ
レメント列の末端部の止部を、金型により熱可塑
性合成樹脂を射出成形して取付けることは例えば
英国特許第940860号明細書に示すように知られて
おり、また本出願と同一出願人における防水用ス
ライドフアスナーの上止具(実願昭61−199325
号)にみられるように本出願前に既に用いられて

考案が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら前記の止部は、一対のエレメント

ダーの移動線に対して左右への引き裂き強度が弱
く、止部が破損してスライドフアスナーの寿命を

ー17の移動線の延長線6上であつて、これを横
切るように止部よりやや硬度の高い軟質合成樹脂
製の環状部2と、該環状部2の内周より連続的に
張出した肉薄で切込溝4を持つた張出部3とを備
えた補強部材1を埋設することにより、スライダ
ーの移動線に対して左右への引き裂き強度を向上

起5が設けられている。なお切込み溝4の形状お
よび数は、上止部の成形時に切込み溝内に合成樹
脂が充填され、止部の使用時の変形に対して補強
部材が移動しないように規制するものであれば、

を下にして補強部材1をのせ、そしてその上にエ
レメント列の埋設エレメント12が型内に入るよ
うにフアスナーテープ16をセツトし、これに上
型をかぶせて注入口より上型内に軟質塩化ビニー
ル樹脂を注入充填して補強部材を埋設した止部を
成形し、これを加熱後に冷却して型から取出して

に嵌合して高度の気密防水性を発揮すると共に引
き裂き強度をも高めるため、止部の軟質合成樹脂

動が規制されて止部の破損が少くなり、耐久性を
高めてスライドフアスナーの寿命を一段と向上す
