ため装置の点検整備及び故障時の部品交換を極め
て簡単に行うことができ、選別精度及び被選別物
の種類に応じて容易に多孔壁選別筒を交換するこ
とが可能で、常時、高精度の選別作用を実施して
良質の精選物を量産でき、回転螺旋体の上部の支
持用縦軸がホツパーに支持されると共に多孔壁選
別筒の上部が支持用縦軸に支持されて回転螺旋体
及び多孔壁選別筒の上部の中心位置が確実に保持
される。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 竪型機枠内に多孔壁選別筒を回転自在に立設
すると共に、前記選別筒の内部に回転螺旋体を嵌
装し、前記機枠上部に設けた供給ホツパーから前
記回転螺旋体に大小混合穀粒を供給して小穀粒だ
けを前記選別筒外に排出し、大穀粒を前記選別筒
の底部から排出する選別装置において、螺旋翼を
周面に捲回した円筒体の上部壁面に支持用竪軸を
立設すると共に、その下部壁面に回転用係止部を
設けて回転螺旋体を形成し、前記機枠の内底部に
回転盤体を設けると共に、該盤体の中央部に設け
た主軸用通孔に遊嵌状に回転主軸を突設し、前記
回転盤体に前記多孔壁選別筒を上載して装脱自在
に装着すると共に、前記回転主軸の軸端部に設け
た回転用係止体に前記回転螺旋体の下部に設けた
回転用係止部を装脱自在に係着し、前記供給ホツ
パーを前記回転螺旋体の支持用縦軸に軸着・離脱
自在に軸装して竪型機枠に取付けると共に前記多
孔壁選別筒の上部の軸受部を前記支持用縦軸に離
脱自在に軸着し、前記回転螺旋体と多孔壁選別筒
とを相互に異速回転するように形成したことを特
徴とする竪型選別装置。
