【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は室内天上の電源引出口に取付けられ
た引掛シーリング台に嵌込み取付ける受電側の引
掛シーリングキヤツプに関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] This invention relates to a hook ceiling cap on the power receiving side that is fitted and attached to a hook ceiling stand attached to a power outlet on the ceiling of an indoor room.
従来の吊り下げ照明器具類の引掛シーリングキ
ヤツプは第1図に示すように、引掛シーリング台
1に対し、キヤツプ2の両側の受電用引掛金具3

取付けるだけであつた。台側にはキヤツプ側引掛
金具の受けバネがあり、これの弾性に頼つてキヤ
ツプの戻り回転を防止するだけであつたので、外
部衝撃等により吊下げ照明器具等に戻り回転方向
の力が加わると、引掛キヤツプが戻り方向に回転
して抜け落ちるとか、抜け落ちないまでも片側の
引掛金具だけで引掛つて吊下つているとかの危険
な状態が発生する。特に問題の生じる場合は、同
社製品同志の組合せの場合よりも既に家屋に取り
付けられている引掛シーリング台に対し、新しく
買つた他社製品の照明器具の引掛シーリングキヤ
ツプを嵌込んだ組合せの場合である。これは製造
社の設計の狙い目寸法の差と、製造誤差が加わつ
て問題を発生しやすいからである。

シーリングキヤツプ2を引掛シーリング台1に嵌
込み回転させて正規に取付けたとき、シーリング
キヤツプ2が戻り回転方向に回転すめのを防止す
るために、引掛シーリング台の嵌込穴に係止する
ロツク部を有する操作レバーLを、シーリングキ
ヤツプ2の一方の引掛金具3の下に配置し、この
操作レバーLは第3図及び第4図に示すように、
前端のロツク部5と、その手前の操作レバー部6
とよりなり、両者はレバー部先端の丸凸7をロツ
ク部の丸凹8に嵌合組立てられるものであつて、
操作レバー部の底部に一体に形成したバネ部9の
バネ作用により、操作レバー部をその支点10を
軸として先端を上方に持ち上げロツク部5を常時
上方に押上げ、ロツク部上端のロツク爪部11を
上部外方に突出させている。又この操作レバーの
後方操作部12はシーリングキヤツプ2の側壁の
切り込み開口部13を通し外方に露出させて外部
より操作できるようになつている。

キヤツプ2部の引掛金具31,32を台1に対し、
斜め方向より台1の穴41,42に嵌込み、右に回
転するものである。その際、キヤツプに付設され
た操作レバー前端のロツク部5の上端は、レバー
底部のバネ部のバネ作用により上方に突出してい
るが、キヤツプ回転の際、台周壁との接触により
その上端は下方に押下げられるので、無理なくキ
ヤツプ部は台部に正規の位置に回転して取付けら
れるものである。そして正規の位置に回転取付け
られた場合は、キヤツプ部の操作レバー底部のバ
ネ作用により、前端のロツク部5の上端が自動的
に押上げられてシーリング台部の穴に嵌入係止し
てキヤツプの戻り回転をロツクするものである。
又シーリング台部よりキヤツプ部を取外す場合に
は、ロツクレバーの操作部12を押せば台部の穴
に嵌入係止していたロツク部上端が下がるので操
作部を押しながらキヤツプ部を左に廻して台部よ
り取り外すことができる。

ロツクレバー操作部の簡単な操作でできるのでこ
