2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, there has been a demand for an inner wall surface or an outer wall surface of a building to have a dignified image or to improve its appearance on substantially the entire surface or a part of the surface. Accordingly, various patterns have been attached. The base material for the interior material and the exterior material to which such a pattern is attached is usually made of a concrete material or a wood material. On the other hand, with respect to the coating method, with the recent demand for time reduction, automation and high quality, the use of so-called ultraviolet curing coating, in which a chemical change caused by high energy of ultraviolet rays is applied to cure the coating film, is used. It has been tried or put to practical use. In addition, the coating method has changed from a method using an air gun to a method using an electrostatic gun, and has also changed from a method using powder to a method using flow coating. In this way, no matter how the coating film curing method or coating method progresses, it is extremely difficult to attach a special design with excellent aesthetics if the material is concrete or wood. Therefore, the applicant, in the previous patent application (Japanese Patent Application No. 4-45684), gives a special design on the surface of the metal plate by using the above-mentioned ultraviolet curing coating, and the metal plate with this design is used as an interior material or an exterior. It was proposed to use it as material.

By the way, there is a problem in what kind of means is most suitable for sticking the metal plate having the above-mentioned pattern to the wall surface of the building. .. That is, as a generally adopted means,
A plurality of screw holes are drilled in the peripheral edge of the metal plate, and a fixing method is inserted through these screw holes and screwed to the wall surface, or the metal plate is attached to the wall surface using an adhesive. It is possible to use a construction method in which it is worn, or a construction method in which a metal plate is embedded and fixed on the wall surface. However, according to the construction method using the fastening screw, the head of the fastening screw is projected on the surface of the metal plate, which not only hinders the aesthetic appearance of the design, but also of the concrete type or the wooden type. After fixing the metal plate to the wall surface, the work of replacing the metal plate becomes extremely complicated and troublesome. In addition, similarly in the construction method using an adhesive and the construction method in which it is embedded and fixed, the work of replacing the once attached metal plate requires a great deal of labor. Such a problem is, for example, in consideration of a request to change the image on the wall surface periodically to make an image change so as not to get tired of the customer, and a shortening of the life cycle due to the trend of the pattern, the interior or It is an extremely important issue that must be resolved early in the field of exterior.

The construction method according to the present invention, which has been made to achieve the above technical problems, has the following characteristics. That is, with respect to one or both of the wall surface of the building and the surface of the door body, substantially the entire surface or a part of the surface is set as the sticking position of one metal plate with a pattern, or , The substantially entire surface or a part of the surface is virtually divided into a plurality of divided surfaces, each of which is set as a sticking position of a plurality of metal plates with a pattern, and the target surface is engaged in correspondence with this setting state. An attachment portion is formed, and after that, the engagement portion formed on the back surface of the metal plate with a pattern is detachably attached and held to the attachment portion of the target surface. In this case, it is preferable that a spacer having a predetermined thickness is interposed between the metal plate with the pattern and the target surface, avoiding the engaging portion and the engaged portion.

According to the above means, first, the position where the metal plate with a pattern is attached is set on the wall surface of the building as a start. However, this setting may be applied to almost the entire wall surface.
A part of the wall surface may be a target, each divided surface formed by virtually dividing the substantially entire surface of the wall surface may be a target, and each divided surface formed by virtually dividing a part of the wall surface may be a target. And, instead of or together with the wall surface, for the door body,
Similar to the above, the sticking position of the metal plate with a pattern is set. Next, in accordance with the sticking position set as described above, an attached portion (for example, a surface fastener or a magnetizing member) corresponding to the size of the metal plate with a pattern is formed on the wall surface or the door body. deep. For details, when attaching a large metal plate with a design to the entire surface of the wall, fix the mating part over the entire surface of the wall, and attach a suitable size pattern to a part of the wall. When attaching a metal plate, fix the attached part only on a part of the wall surface, and when attaching a plurality of small patterned metal plates to each divided surface of the wall surface, attach the metal plate to each divided surface. Fix the fastening part. This fixing work is similarly performed on the door body. After that, a fastening portion (for example, a surface fastener or a magnetizing member) formed in advance on the back surface of the patterned metal plate is detachably fastened to the wall surface or the fastened portion of the door body. As a result, the metal plate with pattern is firmly held on the wall surface or the door body by the engaging force of the sheet fastener or the magnetic force of the magnetizing member. Therefore, the worker only has to press the metal plate with the design against the wall surface or the door, and the sticking work is completed, and the design is resisted against the fastening force of the sheet fastener or the magnetic force of the magnetizing member. Since it is easy to separate the attached metal plate from each other, the replacement work can be easily performed. In this case, when the engaging part and the engaged part are, for example, surface fasteners, the size of the gap between the metal plate with design and the target surface due to the characteristics of the surface fasteners. However, for this, by interposing a spacer of a predetermined thickness between the design metal plate and the target surface, from the target surface of the design metal plate It is possible to always keep the distance dimension constant.

As described above, according to the method for constructing a metal plate with a pattern according to the present invention, substantially the whole surface or a part of the surface of the wall surface or the door body, or each divided surface formed by virtually dividing these surfaces. For the target, set the sticking position of the metal plate with a pattern, and form the attached part made of a surface fastener etc. at these sticking positions, and also with the surface fastener etc. on the back of the metal plate with a pattern. Since the metal plate with a pattern is formed so that the metal plate with a pattern can be removably attached to the wall surface or the door body, the work of attaching the metal plate with a pattern is simplified to improve workability and work efficiency. Not only the improvement can be achieved, but also the work of replacing the metal plate with the pattern once attached can be performed very easily, and the life cycle can be appropriately shortened due to the trend of the pattern. Also, by interposing a spacer having a predetermined thickness between the wall surface or the front surface of the door body and the back surface of the metal plate with a pattern, the engagement between the engaged portion and the engaging portion is not uniform. Even if there is, the separation dimension between the wall surface or the door and the metal plate with the pattern can always be kept constant,
All of the plurality of metal plates with patterns are flush with each other, and there is an advantage that the deviation of the patterns does not occur.
