なつている。Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and ideas For example, when cultivating shiitake mushrooms artificially, as shown in Fig. 3, a medium a roughly shaped like the contents of a bottle is used.
The inoculum is inoculated into the culture medium A, which is housed for a certain period of time in Case B, which can be assembled and removed freely, and when the hyphae have grown sufficiently, the culture medium A is taken out from Case B and moved into the cultivation chamber, and the Shiitake mushrooms are allowed to grow therein. It's getting old.

欠点があつた。 By the way, when storing the culture medium in a cultivation room, conventionally the culture medium was arranged vertically on a horizontal shelf, but with this method, the culture medium could only grow from the top surface. The disadvantage is that the yield per seed is low, and in addition, shelves with multiple shelves are installed two by two in a diagonal chevron shape, and the culture medium is stacked horizontally on each shelf. However, it is necessary to secure space between each set of adjacent shelves for collecting the mushrooms that have grown from the culture medium and for changing the culture medium, so the cultivation room is The number of shelves that can be installed is small because it takes up a lot of space for collection, etc., and therefore the number of culture media that can be stored is small and limited. Shiitake mushrooms that grew on the back side of the plant were difficult to collect.

とした。Means for Solving the Problems As a means for solving the above problems, the mushroom cultivation shelf of the present invention has a shelf body with a plurality of shelves arranged in a frame with both front and back sides open, On each shelf, culture media inoculated with starter bacteria are stacked horizontally across the shelf, and wheels are attached to the bottom of the shelf so that they can be moved freely along the guide laid inside the cultivation room. The device was configured as follows.

ができる効果がある。Functions and Effects of the Invention The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since the culture medium is stacked horizontally on the shelf body with both front and back sides open, mushrooms can be grown from both the front and back sides, and the shelf body is guided. By being able to move freely along the shelves, the shelves can be packed and stored in the cultivation room, leaving the minimum space necessary for collecting mushrooms and replacing the culture medium, and the shelves can be moved as needed. It is possible to perform collection, etc. by moving the main body to create a space between arbitrary shelf main bodies, and the part other than the minimum space for collection etc. in the cultivation room can be used to accommodate the shelf main bodies. The number of shelf bodies that can be used and accommodated, i.e.
The number of culture media that can be accommodated can be greatly increased, and since spaces can be configured arbitrarily on both the front and back sides of the shelf body, mushrooms that grow on both the front and rear sides of the shelf body can be collected.
This has the effect of dramatically increasing the yield per cultivation room.

Four casters 9 are attached to the lower surface of the main body 1, and rollers 10 are attached to the upper ends of the left and right side frames, and are fitted into a pair of guide rails 11 laid on the ceiling side of the cultivation chamber. The shelf body 1 is movable along a guide rail 11.

A plurality of shelf bodies 1 loaded with culture medium a are stacked in three tiers in a side-by-side posture across the shelf rods 3 with the front and rear orientations alternately changed, and are placed in a cultivation room along the guide rails 11. The mushrooms are sent one after another to the back of the room, and finally, they are packed and stored leaving only the minimum space necessary for collecting the shiitake mushrooms, replacing the culture medium a, etc.

と同様に行うことができる。 After a certain period of time has elapsed, as shown in Figure 4, Shiitake mushrooms C will grow from both the front and rear sides of each culture medium A, and if you want to collect them, enter the space left on the front side of the cultivation room and first Collect the shiitake mushrooms c from the front side of the shelf body 1, then move the shelf body 1 to the front end of the cultivation room to create a space between it and the second shelf body 1, and enter the space. , collect the shiitake mushrooms c from the rear side of the first shelf main body 1, then collect the shiitake mushrooms c from the front side of the second shelf main body 1, and then collect the shiitake mushrooms c from the front side of the second shelf main body 1. All you have to do is repeat the process of closing the shelf to the side to create a space between it and the third shelf body 1 until you reach the last shelf body 1. Further, the work of replacing the medium a can be performed in the same manner.

収穫量を飛躍的に増加させることができる。 That is, the medium a is a shelf main body 1 with both sides open.
Of course, you can stack them horizontally and grow shitake mushrooms on both the front and back sides.
By allowing the shelf body 1 to move freely along the guide rail 11, it is possible to leave a minimum space for collection, etc. in the cultivation room, and store the shelf body 1 in other areas. , the number of shelf bodies 1 that can be accommodated in the cultivation room, that is, the number of culture medium a that can be accommodated, can be significantly increased, and space can be taken on both the front and rear sides of the shelf body 1.
Since it is possible to collect both the Shiitake mushrooms grown on the front side and the rear side, the yield per cultivation room can be dramatically increased.

This prevents the shiitake mushroom c from deforming or becoming malformed.
