Claims (6)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 熱定着部を覆う開閉可能な定着カバーを
備えた定着装置において、温度変化に応じて変位する感
温変位材で構成され所定温度以上のとき前記定着カバー
の係止部と係合する位置まで変位して該定着カバーをロ
ックするロック部材を備えたことを特徴とする、定着装
置。

A fixing device provided with a fixing cover that can be opened and closed to cover a heat fixing portion, and is made of a temperature sensitive displacement material that is displaced according to a temperature change, and engages with a locking portion of the fixing cover when the temperature is higher than a predetermined temperature. フ制御されるファンモータとを備えたことを特徴とす
る、請求項1に記載の定着装置。
