[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The invention of the present application is to attach a safety device to prevent workers who go up and down utility poles such as power distribution lines or telephone lines from accidentally falling. It relates to a fixture for attaching to a member.

(Conventional technology and problems) Conventionally, when going up and down to high places such as utility poles, a main line such as a nylon rope is hung from the high place, and the safety device attached to it is connected to the worker's waist with a small diameter rope. However, in the event of a fall, the claws built into the safety device would bite the rope and prevent the worker from falling to the ground. However, in order to attach this main rope to the upper part of a utility pole, etc., an unprotected worker must first climb the pole, and a worker holding the tip of the main rope on his waist while climbing the pole accidentally trips and falls. The risk of doing so was higher.

High-rise buildings, chimneys, masts, power transmission towers, etc. that are constantly being raised and lowered are equipped with rails for permanent fall prevention safety equipment, and power transmission towers under construction are equipped with rails for vertical members when lifted by cranes. A method is used in which a master rope is attached to the tip of the tower in advance, and a master rope for climbing the tower is provided from the beginning when the vertical member moves from the tip of the vertical member to the position where the next vertical member is carried by a crane. However, lifting and lowering work on utility poles requires work at relatively low heights for the reasons mentioned above, and there would be an enormous economic burden to permanently install fall prevention rails on all utility poles. However, there were signs that the safety measures were lagging behind.

(Means and effects for solving the problems) Therefore, the present invention provides a device for simply installing a lead rope when going up and down a utility pole.
In other words, a hook for attaching the arm, messenger wire, etc. is fixed to the tip of an insulating retractable pole made of FRP, for example, and has the longest length up to the height of the arm of a telephone pole, and the hook is attached to the parent end. Tie off the end of the rope. The telescopic pole, which has been transported in a short length, is extended, and when operated on the ground, hooks are attached to the arms, and the main rope is hung down to the ground for lifting and lowering. When the work is completed, the retractable rod is rotated to open the cap that closes the hook opening of the hook, removed from the arm, and the retractable rod is retracted from the bottom in order, completing the recovery of the main line.

The telescoping rod 1 has insulating properties in consideration of work during live wires, and is made of lightweight FRP resin. The diameter is gradually reduced from the base end to the tip in several steps, each with a larger diameter than the previous step. When extended, each connecting pole part is fixed with a pin to maintain the extended state, and the length is such that it reaches about the same length as the arm at the top of the utility pole from the ground. The hook body 6 is formed into a side hook shape by bending a round bar material, and the same shape is overlapped to ensure strength. In other words, a ring-shaped bar is folded in half to form a hook-shaped side surface. The hook opening 61 is sized to accommodate a member such as a utility pole arm. The cap 4 for closing the hook mouth 61 is made of a plate bent into a U-shaped cross section, and its rotational fulcrum is attached to the cap shaft 43 on the hook mouth 61 side.
A spring 41 is attached and provided. The annular part below the attachment point of the cap 4 is the main rope attachment part 3 for tying the main rope.
shall be. Further, a hooking piece 42 is provided at a position protruding from the back side of the cap 4 opposite to the position of the hook opening 61, spanning between both sides of the U-shape. This hanging piece 42
There is a U-shaped shaft fixing frame 54 at the top and bottom on the dorsal side.
The threaded portion 52 provided on the shaft 51 is rotatably held at two points above and below. A pressing piece 53 is screwed into the threaded portion 52 of the shaft 51 . The pressing piece 53 has one end abutting the locking piece 42 of the cap 4 from above, and the other end fitting into and protruding from a fixing hole 55 provided on the back surface of the shaft fixing frame 54. A threaded portion 5 is provided within the shaft fixing frame 54.
A socket 56 is provided at the lower part of a shaft 51 that protrudes outside the frame 54, and is connected and fixed by a fixing pin 57 corresponding to the tip of the telescoping rod 1. . In the present invention having the above structure, the telescoping pole 1 is in a contracted state, the main rope is wound in a ring shape and transported, and when in use, it is gradually extended from the tip and the hook body 6 is hung on the arm of a telephone pole, etc. , when a member such as an arm hits the cap 4, the cap 4 rotates against the spring, and the member fits into the hook while opening the hook opening 61, and at the same time the cap 4 rotates against the spring.
The hook opening 61 is closed by the force of the spring. The main rope is then hung from the telephone pole. The lower ends of the main rope and telescoping pole are wound around the hook of a lower mounting base 8 attached to a telephone pole, and the telescoping pole is held by fitting into the receiving part thereof. A safety device is attached to the main rope, which is connected to the worker's waist with a rope, and the worker ascends and descends. After the work is completed, by rotating the telescopic rod 1 on the ground, the threaded part 52 also rotates at the same time, and one end of the screwed pressing piece 53 controls the simultaneous rotation by the fixing hole 55 of the shaft fixing frame 54. Therefore, the locking piece 42 of the cap 4 is pressed and its position is lowered as the telescoping rod 1 rotates, and the cap 4 rotates around the cap shaft 43 to release the hook opening 61.
This will open up the world. Therefore, the hook body 6 can be removed from the armrest, and the main rope can be retrieved from the ground.

(Effect of the invention) By using the invention as described above,
Since the main line can be attached and retrieved from the ground, there is no need for one unprotected person to attach and retrieve the main line as in the past, and the main line for climbing safety equipment can be attached to utility poles without the risk of falling. This is the result.
