(Prior Art) In conventional paint manufacturing factories, a method is widely adopted in which paint products are obtained by charging raw materials such as pigments, resins, and solvents into fixed tanks and stirring and mixing them using a dissolver. Since most of the raw materials mentioned above are liquid, they are supplied from the raw material tank to each fixed tank via piping.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Recently, however, with the diversification of properties required for paints, the number of types of resins, liquid raw materials, semi-finished products, etc. used as raw materials has rapidly increased. In order to do this, it is necessary to add multiple lines of raw material supply piping to each fixed tank, but the piping and instrumentation work is complicated and there is a limit to the number of pipes per fixed tank due to the piping space. There is. Therefore, it becomes necessary to increase the number of fixed tanks installed, and this is uneconomical, especially in the case of a paint production factory that produces a wide variety of products in small quantities, as it requires a large floor space to install a large number of tanks.

To manufacture paint using the paint manufacturing apparatus with the above configuration, first place the lid 1 on the storage station 20.
The empty tank 4 with no paint 5 is picked up and transported by the transport vehicle 2, and placed on the support stand of the first semi-finished product preparation station 50 or the second semi-finished product preparation station 55, depending on the composition of the paint, and then processed by a sand rim 52 or a ball mill 57. The manufactured semi-finished product is supplied into the tank 4 through a hose or pipe. Next, the tank is taken up by the carrier 2 and weighed by the weighing device 48.
After being transferred to the top and having its weight measured, it is transferred onto the tank receiving section 31 of the raw material preparation line 30. Depending on the composition of the paint, the empty tank 4 on the storage station 20 may be transferred directly to this raw material preparation line 3 by the transport vehicle 2.
Transport to 0. In the raw material preparation line 30,
The tank 4 is transported by a chain conveyor 33 and stops for a short period of time at six charging positions, and during this stop, the raw material supply port 3 selected according to the composition of the paint is opened.
4, various solvents and resins are supplied in predetermined amounts into the tank 4. When the tank 4 reaches the tank delivery section 32, the lid transfer machine 44 of the lid application device 40 grasps and transfers the topmost lid 15 in the stacker 42, and places it on the tank 4. Thereafter, the transport vehicle 2 takes over the tank 4 and moves it to the supporting base 6 of the stirring station 60 at a predetermined position.
Place it on top of 1. A worker on the second floor F near the upper end of the tank 4 removes the small lid 17 and manually inputs additional raw materials such as powder into the tank 4 from the inlet 19 as necessary, and then inserts the stirring device 64 into the tank 4. is lowered to stir and mix the raw materials in the tank. A small amount of the obtained paint product is sampled and inspected, additional raw materials are charged as necessary, and after stirring, the stirring device 64

and transported to the filling station 70. At the filling station 70, a known pump unit with a filter (not shown) is connected to the outlet of the on-off valve 8 of the tank 4, and the paint product in the tank 4 is sent to a filling machine 72 for canning. When the tank 4 is empty, the lid 18 is hoisted (the lid application device 4
0) and stacked in the stacker 75, the empty tank 4 is transferred to the cleaning station 80 by the transport vehicle 2.
Transport to. At the washing station 80,
The tank 4 placed on the tank receiving part 81 is transferred to the lower part of the washing device 86 for rough washing by the chain conveyor 83, and the lifting frame 89 is lowered to remove the cover 9.
0 is placed on the tank body 7, and the brush 91 is inserted into the tank body 7. Next, the brush 91 is rotated while spouting the solvent from the spout 93, and after a predetermined time by a timer, the opening/closing operation device 87 is activated to rotate the rotating shaft 11 of the opening/closing mechanism 10, and the opening/closing valve 8 is opened to remove the dirt. Solvent is discharged from tank 4 and falls into tank 95. Then, the brush 91 stops, and the on-off valve 8
After the cover 90 is closed, the lifting frame 89 rises and the cover 90
And the brush 91 is retracted upward. After rough washing, the tank 4 is transferred by chain conveyors 84 and 85 to the lower part of the washing device 86 for finishing washing, and is internally washed in the same manner as described above. hako tank 4
is picked up and transported to a predetermined storage station 20, completing one cycle.

Although not shown in FIG. 1, there are a plurality of tanks 4 (20 in this embodiment) on each station and raw material preparation line, and each tank 4 has two
The paint is transported in an appropriate order from the transport vehicle 2 of the stand, and the paint is manufactured in each tank 4 in an independent process. The operation of the transport vehicle 2, the operation of equipment at each station and raw material preparation line, and the mixing of input raw materials are all commanded using a computer.
By controlling this, most of the production system can be automated, and a wide variety of paints with stable quality can be produced extremely efficiently.

In the above embodiment, semi-finished products are supplied into the tank 4 by the first semi-finished product charging station 50 and the second semi-finished product charging station 55, but depending on the type of paint to be produced, etc. The installation may be omitted, or some semi-finished products may be transferred to an appropriate raw material supply port 3 of the raw material preparation line 30.
4 may be supplied into the tank 4.
Furthermore, it is also possible to supply all semi-finished products, like solvents and resins, into the tank 4 through the raw material feeding line 30, thereby omitting the installation of a semi-finished product feeding station. In this case, ball mill 57 or sand mill 52

In addition, in the above embodiment, the discharge on-off valve 8 is provided at the bottom of the tank body 7, which is particularly convenient when cleaning the tank, and also has the advantage that the paint is almost completely discharged during filling. However, the paint and cleaning liquid may be discharged from the upward opening of the tank body 7 using a hose or the like.
In addition to the transport vehicle 2 described above, monorails and various conveyors can also be used as transport means for the tank 4. Furthermore, washing station 80
In addition to the above-mentioned two-stage washing of rough washing and final washing, one or more washing devices 86 may be provided. Further, the specific configuration of the cleaning device 86 and other devices constituting the entire system is not limited to the above embodiment.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, paint is manufactured in a portable tank while being transported, and the used tank is washed and recycled for use in the next paint manufacturing process. As a result, the same tank can be used quickly and smoothly for manufacturing different types of paints, and since the raw material supply piping only needs to be concentrated in the raw material preparation line, it is easy to use piping to a large number of fixed tanks. Compared to this, the number of piping and piping spouts is small, and many types of paint can be efficiently produced in a small floor space using a small number of tanks.
A paint manufacturing apparatus is provided that is extremely suitable for producing a wide variety of paints in small quantities.

In addition, the piping for supplying liquid raw materials can be distributed over multiple charging positions that make up the raw material preparation line, making piping and instrumentation work easy. Raw materials can be charged quickly and efficiently, and by combining many types of liquid raw materials, the demand for many types of paint can be easily met. Furthermore, in the first invention, since a station for preparing semi-finished products is provided separately, the raw material preparation line can be simplified and paints can be manufactured more efficiently using a wide variety of semi-finished products.
