(Prior art) There are two types of craniofacial models for dental training that have an occlusal model attached inside them. One is a model that faithfully represents the human craniofacial morphology, and the other is a simplified model. There are various expressions.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, all of these prior art techniques focus only on dental practice using an internal occlusal model, and the craniofacial model plays only an additional role. For example, even in a craniofacial model expressed with high fidelity such as the former, planes such as the Frankfurt plane, Kampel's plane, and the virtual occlusal plane (described later) are necessary for analyzing the occlusal movement of the mandibular teeth relative to the maxillary teeth. It is difficult to virtually set this on a model, and in practice using the face bow, it was nearly impossible in practice because the condyle hole was not displayed on the model. The fact that knowledge related to occlusion cannot be obtained from the craniofacial model side means that dental training is based only on knowledge from the occlusal model side, so it is difficult to obtain knowledge related to occlusion from the craniofacial model side. However, there were still some deficiencies.

The present invention was developed in view of the above, and its improvements include the ability to virtually set the Frankfurt plane, Camper's plane, and virtual occlusal plane on the craniofacial model, as well as facilitating practical training using the Facebow. Furthermore, it is aimed at making it possible to easily obtain occlusal information (for example, the diameter of the occlusal cavity) not only from the occlusal model but also from the craniofacial model.

The invention of claim 1 is a craniofacial model for dental training in which a head H and a face part F are removably attached and an occlusal model O is installed inside, the head H having eyes 1, This invention relates to a craniofacial model for dental training, which is equipped with a nose 2, an ear tragus 3, and an ear hole 4, and also displays an infraorbital point 5 and a condylar foramen 6, respectively.

(Function) When first imagining the Frankfurt plane using the above configuration, the plane is the infraorbital point 5 and the upper edge of the external auditory canal 4.
It is possible to realize a plane on the head H that crosses the head H almost horizontally with a straight line 7 connecting the two points, and the Camper's plane includes the upper edge of the tragus 31 and the lower edge of the nasal alar 21.
A plane that intersects the facial part F with a straight line 8 connecting the above Frankfurt plane 7 at an angle of approximately 12 degrees downward, and furthermore, a virtual occlusal plane is directly below the above Camper's plane 8 and the plane 8 Incisal edge 101 of anterior teeth at maximum open bite of maxillary model 10 of occlusal model O parallel to
It is possible to realize a plane that crosses the facial part F with a straight line 9 passing through the facial part F. The attachment device of the face bow (not shown) to the model is the condylar hole of the face F, that is, 13 mm from the apical edge 32 of the tragus 3 toward the lateral canthus.
Practical training can be easily performed by utilizing the condylar holes 6, 6, which are spaced apart and have a diameter of 8 mm. 4 ear holes, 1 eye
In addition, it is possible to realize many virtual planes and obtain occlusal information by using the positions of the oral cleft m1, the subnasal point 22, and the desirably attached mental point 11. For example, (a)
Between eyes 1 and lips m, (b) infranasal point 2a and mental point 1
The diameter of the occlusal fossa can be calculated using an empirical formula from 1.
The reason why the head H is made of hard resin is because there is little information to practice regarding occlusal movements, and conversely, the reason why the face part F is made of soft resin is because there is a lot of such information and because there is a lot of information about occlusal movements. This is because various expressions in each part can be expressed realistically by deforming and restoring the parts. Various types of occlusal models O can be used as the internally attached occlusal model O, but as in claim 2, when the maxillary model 10 is in the maximum open bite state, the incisal end 101 of the front teeth is slightly exposed from the upper lip part m2. It is desired that the virtual occlusal plane 8 realized on the craniofacial model H-F be connected to the occlusal model O in a relative relationship in order to realize it consistently on the maxillary model 10 and learn its position. It is.

(Example) In the illustrated example, the head H is made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastics), and the face part F is made of a thin sheet of silicone resin foam. Both have an L-shaped transparent synthetic resin joint member 12 at the boundary and six transparent synthetic resin screws 1 as claimed in claim 3.
3... are connected in a detachable manner. The craniofacial model H-F and the occlusal model O are connected by attaching the mounting member 15 on the occlusal model O side to the mounting member 14 attached on the model H-F side as shown in Fig. 3. , this is exemplary. As mentioned above, in this embodiment, there is a cleft 8 on the head H and face F.
1 and mental point 11 are attached. In addition, although the Frankfurt plane 7, Camper's plane 8, and virtual occlusal plane 9 in the examples are not actually displayed with lines or dotted lines, such indications may be made in advance if necessary. Sometimes.

(Effects of the invention) As understood from the above explanation, the present invention makes it possible to realize at least the Frankfurt plane, Camper's plane, and virtual occlusal plane, which were impossible to express in the past, on a craniofacial model. Of course, the left and right condylar holes are provided as a guide for the face bow, making the practice easier. As a result of incorporating practical knowledge obtained from the facial model side, it is possible to achieve excellent results by enabling dental training with extremely high fidelity to the human body's dental and jaw regions and highly reproducible checks on prosthetics.
