Abstract

PURPOSE:To take out containers piled up in a hopper one by one from the bottom of the hopper. CONSTITUTION:When a separation body 12 advances, the rising portion 2a of a lowermost container 1a is deformed elastically by the frictional force between the container 1a and a push body 15 and moved downwards so that the container 1a is separated from the rising portion 2b of a container 1b overlying the container 1a. The portion 2a of the downwardly moving container 1a is cut open by a receiving blade 6 and the portion 2b of the container 1b makes contact with the block 6, so that the container 1b is prevented from moving downwards. Pressure air is blown from an air nozzle 31 into between the portions 2a, 2b so that the portions 2a, 2b are held in a separated state. The underside of the lowermost container 1a is sucked by a sucking port of a movable take-out body 22, so that the container 1a is separated from the container 1b and taken out of a hopper 3.

The separating operation body 12 that has advanced is shown in FIG.
As shown by the solid line, after the corner edge 19 formed by the upper surface of the pusher body 15 and the tip end surface is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a, the guided surface 17 for separating operation is guided. By being guided in sliding contact with the pin 20, the pusher 15 pushes the outer peripheral surface of the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a and moves diagonally downward.

At this time, the pusher 15 and the bottommost container 1
A large frictional force is generated between the rising edge 2a of a and the peripheral edge portion including the rising edge 2a of the lowermost container 1a begins to be pushed down while elastically deforming due to the frictional resistance.

Along with the lowering of the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a, the rising portion 2a is incised by the blade edge 6a of the receiver blade 6, and the blade edge 6a has the second container 1b from the bottom.
The outer peripheral surface of the rising portion 2b is locked. By this engagement with the receiver blade 6, the container 1b, which is the second sheet from the bottom, is held in a state in which the downward movement is blocked.

Further, the pusher 15 and the bottommost container 1 are
The magnitude of the frictional force generated between the a and the rising portion 2a is larger than the frictional force generated between the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a and the rising portion 2b of the second container 1b from the bottom. Therefore, the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a is cut by the receiver blade 6 to the rising portion 2b of the second container 1b from the bottom as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3 (B). It slides downward with respect to it, and as shown by the chain line in FIG. 3 (B), it is disengaged from the receiver blade 6 and separated from the rising portion 2b.

On the other hand, pressurized air is ejected from the air nozzle 31 when the downward movement of the lowermost container 1a starts, and this pressurized air is supplied to the lowermost container 1a and the second container 1 from the bottom.
It is blown into the gap between the rising portions 2a, 2b of b which are separated from each other.

Further, as the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a moves downward, the rising portion 2a covers a wide range on both sides in the circumferential direction of the portion rubbed by the pusher 15. As a result, elastic deformation occurs and the container is separated from the second container 1b from the bottom, so that pressurized air is blown into this widely separated part.

Thereafter, the separating actuating body 12 retreats and returns to the position shown in FIG. 3C, but the peripheral portion including the rising portion 2a of the lowermost container 1a is the second from the bottom. Due to the pressure of the pressurized air blown between the container 1b and the container 1b, it remains held in a state of being separated from the peripheral portion of the second container 1b from the bottom against the elastic restoring force.

After the lowermost container 1a and the second container 1b from the bottom are separated at the rising portions 2a and 2b in this manner, a vacuum generator (not shown) is driven to attract the suction port of the movable take-out member 22. A negative pressure is generated in 25, and the central portion of the lower surface of the lowermost container 1a is adsorbed to the upper surface of the movable takeout body 22.

By driving the elevating actuator 23 in this state, the movable take-out body 22 is lowered to the take-out position shown by the chain line in FIG. As a result, the lowermost container 1a moves downward together with the movable take-out body 22. on the other hand,
The container 1b, which is the second sheet from the bottom, has its rising portion 2b at the receiver blade 6
Since it is held so as not to move downward due to the fact that it is locked to, it remains in the state of being housed in the hopper 3. Therefore, only the lowermost container 1a is taken out from the hopper 3.

When the container 1 is made of a material having air permeability such as paper, the suction force of the movable take-out member 22 also acts on the second container 1b from the bottom so that the container 1a at the bottom is at the bottom. When moving, the second container 1b from the bottom is also pulled downward, but the second container 1b from the bottom is held immovably by locking to the receiver blade 6. Moreover, since the rising portion 2b is in close contact with the rising portion 2 of the third container 1 from the bottom due to the corrugation by the press, there is no fear of being taken out from the hopper 3.

While being adsorbed to the movable take-out body 22, a is carried to the supply position (not shown) via the take-out position, the adsorption is released at this supply position, and the a is removed from the movable take-out body 22. After the container 1a is removed, the movable take-out body 22 passes through the take-out position,
It is moved back to the holding position in which it is in close contact with the lower surface of the new lowermost container 1a that is locked to the receiver blade 6 inside.
