【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は扉及び引戸の用心錠に関するものであ

出没作動により、扉の開口を確保させる用心錠が

〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
従来の技術で述べたもののうち前者において
は、ストツパーニを止め孔ロに嵌入しにくいのみ
ならず、一度扉を少し開いて(以下用心開きとい
う)訪問者を確認後、又、扉を閉めないと止め孔
ロよりストツパーニを離脱解錠出来ないという手
間のかゝる煩わしい問題点を有していた。又、後
者においては、デツトボルトホの長さに制限を受
けるために用心開き寸法が小さく、しかも構造が
複雑で作動の円滑性が劣り、しかも用心開きで訪
問者を確認後、やはり、又一度扉を閉め直さない
と解錠出来ないという両者共、手間のかゝる煩わ
しい問題点を有していた。

らず、構造が内蔵式で体裁もよく、しかもワンタ
ツチで施解錠が出来、取扱いが簡単で円滑な作動
が期待出来る扉及び引戸の用心錠を提供しようと

よりピンを挿入する挿入孔を穿設したラツチスト
ツパーを取着し、他方、縦枠内に上下に滑動する
ストツパーピンレバーを設けて、前記ラツチスト
ツパーの挿入孔に嵌脱する構成としたものであ
る。また、さらに詳しくは、扉を開いた時にラツ
チストツパーに身体等が接当した場合衝撃を緩和
さすためバネで常押しをしたストツパーケースで
前記ラツチストツパーを抱持している。また可撓
性帯線材には、チエンや、アラミド繊維を帯状、
或は紐状に織つたものなどが適する。また、スト
ツパーピンレバーの嵌脱時の位置決めはボールプ
ランジヤーを設けることが好ましい。さらにラツ
チストツパーに嵌脱するストツパーピンレバーに
ソレノイドを連結すると電気的に動かせて施解錠

を閉めて施錠する場合、ストツパーピンレバーを
引き上げて、ラツチストツパーのピンの挿入孔に
挿入するのみで簡単に施錠出来る。また、扉が開
いている時に、万一、ラツチストツパーに身体や
物が強く接当すると、ラツチストツパーを抱持す
るストツパーケースがバネに抗してラツチストツ
パー共々後退し、衝撃を緩和する。

に、ピンの挿入孔14を縦方向に穿設し、ラツチ
ストツパー6の後半部には可撓性帯線材15の上
端側を挿着し、他の一端側を案内筒11内を通し
てからストツパーケース9の外側に被せた筒形の
ケース16の底面開口部17より下向きに垂下
し、下端部にストツパー兼用の錘18を吊着す
る。又、扉を閉めた時にラツチストツパー6が進
入する縦枠1の部位を横方向に切欠きして、ラツ
ストツパー進入口19を形成し、ストツパーピン
レバー2を挿入孔14に挿入した位置におけるラ
ツチストツパー6の側面に沿つて受け座金20を
縦枠1内に設ける。第3図は引戸用の実施例を示
すものであり、扉のように横に開放する必要がな
いため受け座金40及びラツチストツパー抱持枠
30は側面の一方を切欠きする必要がなく、左右
両側面を形成することが望ましい。

抱持枠内に当接し、マグネツト片の吸着作用と
も、相俟つて瞬時にラツチストツパー抱持枠内に
ラツチストツパーは収納され、扉を自由に開放す
ることが出来、さらに、万一、ラツチストツパー
抱持枠内にラツチストツパーが収納状態で扉を開
放し、人や物が出入している際にラツチストツパ
ーに当たると、ストツパーケース共々、バネに抗
して後退し、衝撃を緩和し、又、扉を閉めて施錠
するときは、前記とは逆にストツパーピンレバー
を上げてラツチストツパーの挿入孔に挿入する簡
