However, the LED fitted in section 8B of FIG.
Some units, such as a unit, have an illumination surface that is twice as wide as the vertical direction. In that case, the LED unit itself formed in a rectangular shape can be manufactured separately, but the number of parts of the LED unit increases. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, square LED units 6B and 6C are arranged side by side and fitted into the box body 7 to form only the illuminated surface 1B in a rectangular shape. When two LED units having the configuration shown in FIG. 6 are arranged side by side and only the illuminated surface is made horizontally long, the LE units are mounted in the box body 7 as shown in FIG.
Inevitably, a dark portion having the width D occurs between the D units. Stepped cylinder 16 through which flat rivet 17 for power feeding passes
In order to eliminate the dark part between the LED units, the relative fixing position between the holder and the reflection frame is shifted without changing the position of the LED (necessary for commonization of the wiring pattern on the power supply side).

In order to remove the reflection frame from the holder, it was necessary to slightly bend the legs of the reflection frame to widen the space between the legs and remove the fitting protrusion of the holder from the fitting window of the legs.
Further, the work of reassembling the fitting protrusion so as to fit it into another fitting window has been performed. Since such work is extremely difficult to perform, it requires a lot of work time. For this reason, there is a problem in that it takes a long time to bend and spread the legs of the reflection frame, and the roots of the legs are easily broken. Further, there are problems in quality control, such as the coil spring popping out during the work and the coil spring is lost or reassembled without the coil spring.

According to the structure of the present invention, the reflection frame is provided at its leg portion with a guide window penetrating in a square shape and a round window penetrating in a circular shape. On the other hand, the holder has a guide protrusion and a round protrusion on its arm. The guide protrusion fits into the guide window and is configured to be slidable laterally along the edge of the guide window. A plurality of round protrusions are arranged in a lateral direction on the arm portion at a predetermined pitch and are formed in a rounded shape. The holder can be movably attached to the reflection frame by fitting the guide projection to the guide window and selecting the round projection to be fitted to the round window while sliding the holder laterally with respect to the reflection frame. With this configuration, the relative mounting positions of the assembled LED units can be changed with each other by a simple operation of pushing the reflective frame of the assembled LED unit laterally with respect to the holder.

The round protrusions of the holder are attached to and detached from the round window while being fitted to the legs of the reflecting frame in two directions: when the reflecting frame is fitted from above and when the reflecting frame is laterally slid. If it is hemispherical, it slides smoothly, but it may have a truncated cone shape as another shape. Further, by appropriately selecting the pitch of the round protrusions arranged on the arms, the LED unit 110A in FIG. 2 is arranged in the center, and the LED units 110B and 110C in FIG. By arranging them, it is possible to configure an indicator lamp having an illuminated surface whose width in the horizontal direction is three times that in the vertical direction.

As described above, according to the present invention, a guide window and a round window are provided in the reflection frame leg portion, and a guide protrusion and a plurality of round protrusions respectively fitted to these windows are provided in the holder arm portion. Therefore, the relative mounting position can be easily changed only by pushing the reflective frame laterally with respect to the holder and sliding it. Therefore, the working time can be greatly reduced, and the legs are not broken. Since it is no longer necessary to disassemble the conventional device, the coil spring is prevented from popping out and quality control is facilitated. At the contact part between the coil spring and the electrode surface of the printed circuit board, the coil spring slides on the electrode surface when sliding, so dust and adhered insulating film are scraped off, and the reliability of the contact part's conductivity is conventional. Even better than the ones.
