キマ3を予め定めた角度のみ池の上流側へ回動する。こ
の時、外軸55に突設した作用杆72の先端72aにて
ウェイト付の支持杆74を押し上げるようになす。この
ウェイト支持杆74は図2に示すようにスカムスキマ3
が中立位置にある状態でもこのウェイトによるトルクが
スカムスキマにかかるようにしてその突設位置を定める
ものとする。従ってこの持ち上げられたウェイトの重力
によるトルクは常にスカムスキマ3にかかっているため
ストライカ23の移動により、レバー56から外れると
このウェイトによるトルクがスカムスキマにかかり、強
