However, when the harvested items are sent to the lifting conveyor and transferred from the conveyor, there is a shock when transferring to the loading platform, a shock due to vibration when being carried upwards, and a shock when transferring to the storage conveyor that carries the harvested items upwards to the storage room. There is a problem in that the crops to be harvested are easily damaged by shots when they fall onto the ground.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems is to provide a primary receiving convex at the tip of a conveyor plate for harvested items made of a hard material having elasticity. A rim is provided, and the mounting portion at the base end of the conveyor plate is loosely attached at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the conveyor provided across the top and bottom of the harvester so that it can swing in the vertical direction of the harvester. <Function> When the to-be-harvested items are transferred from the feed conveyor to the conveyor plate of the elevating conveyor and are carried upwards, the shock is buffered by the elasticity and rocking motion of the conveyor plate, and the objects are transferred upwards to the storage conveyor. The shock when the harvested items roll is buffered by the elasticity of the conveyor plate, and after temporarily stopping on the temporary receiving convex edge, the items are transferred slowly to the storage conveyor.

The conveyor plate a2 is formed into a plate shape using a hard material having elasticity, such as hard synthetic rubber or synthetic resin, and has a mounting part 1 integrally protruding from its base end and a mounting part 1 at its distal end. A temporary receiving convex edge 2 curved in a direction opposite to the temporary receiving convex edge 2 is integrally formed.

用について述べる。
The mounting part 1 has a mounting hole 1a extending over the entire length in the width direction.
The mounting holes have a shape that is appropriately larger than the mounting rods 3 which are installed in large numbers in the width direction of the conveyor A 1 and arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals in the length direction. is formed. Then, with the mounting rod 3 loosely inserted into the mounting hole 1a so that the transport plate a 2 for the harvested material can swing vertically relative to the mounting rod 3, the transport plate a 2 for the harvested material is inserted. It is installed on conveyor A1 . Due to this loose attachment structure of the conveyor plate, the conveyor plate a2 for the harvested material can freely swing in the vertical direction of the harvester. (See FIGS. 3 and 5) Next, the operation of the elevating conveyor A1 constructed in this manner will be described.

In FIG. 6, C is a tractor, and A is a harvester. Tractor C is pulling harvester A while harvesting crop B. The harvested material B is sent toward the elevating conveyor A1 by the feed conveyor A2 , and is placed at the tip of the feed conveyor A2 parallel to the upper surface of the conveyor A2 and in the feeding direction. A guide section 10 (see Fig. 1 ) is arranged at an appropriate inclination toward the elevating conveyor A1, and a feed conveyor follows this guide section 10.
It is guided by a guide plate 11 (see FIG. 1 ) provided diagonally downward on the side of the elevating conveyor A1 of A2 , and transferred to the conveying plate a2 of the elevating conveyor A1. At this time, the conveying plate a2 is subjected to a load as shown in FIG. 3, and swings to cushion the shock. Due to this rocking motion and the elasticity of the conveyor plate A2 , the shock of the harvested product B due to the vibration during the ascent is buffered, and when the conveyor plate A2 is tilted upward as shown in Figures 1 and 4, the shock is reduced. It rolls while being cushioned, temporarily stops at the temporary receiving convex edge 2, and then slowly transfers onto the storage conveyor A3 without any damage, and is then conveyed into the storage chamber A4 .

On the other hand, on the conveyor plate a2 , the to-be-harvested material B is placed on the storage conveyor.
After transferring to conveyor A 3 and removing the load, it descends (as shown when descending on the left side in Figure 1), but as it descends, conveyor A 1 is loosely attached to
As shown in the figure, the center of gravity temporarily moves to the side of the receiving convex edge 2, and the mounting rod 3 returns to its original position in close contact with the mounting hole 1a, in preparation for transferring the harvested material B from the guide plate 11.

<Effects of the invention> Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the harvested items being transported to the storage room are always moved in a shock-absorbed state, and therefore do not get damaged as in the past. The stored items can be transported to the storage room without any trouble.

依つて所期の目的を達成し得る。 Thus, the intended purpose can be achieved.
