2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 11 is a schematic view of an electric lifting device.
Reference numeral 1 is a lifting device body installed on a high ceiling such as a factory or a gym. The main body 1 is equipped with a motor 2 and a winding drum 4 that winds and unwinds the wire rope 3 that is normally and reversely rotated by the motor 2. The wire rope 3 is routed through a plurality of wire guides 9 and also suspends an elevating body 6 to which the lighting fixture 5 is connected and supported. By winding and unwinding the rope 3 around the winding drum 4, the lighting fixture 5 is moved up and down, whereby the fixture 5 can be easily maintained and inspected.

A plurality of power receiving contacts 7 which are vertically urged by a spring 10 are provided on the upper wall of the lifting body 6 so as to be movable up and down. That is, as shown in FIG. 13, the power receiving contact 7 penetrates through the upper wall 6c of the main body portion 6a and vertically penetrates the bush-shaped electrical insulator 14 stopped by the snap ring 13.
The contact 7 is always urged upward by a spring 10 and is fitted by a flat washer 16 fitted to a screw portion 7a formed at the lower end of the power receiving contact 7 and fixed by a nut 15.
It has been prevented from slipping upward. A crimp terminal 17 attached to the tip of the device-side lead wire 12 is fitted to the threaded portion 7 a, and a spring washer 18 for sandwiching the terminal 17 with the nut 15 is also fitted to the screw portion 7 a. Further, a nut 19 is screwed into the screw portion 7a, and the crimping terminal 17 is fixed to the power receiving contact 7 by tightening the nut 19 so that the contact 7 and the lighting fixture 5 are electrically connected. In addition, reference numeral 20 in FIG. 12 denotes a separator made of a thin synthetic resin plate, which is inserted between the device side lead wires 12.

The power receiving contact 7 is provided in the main body 1 when the lifting body 6 is placed in a raised position, in other words, when the lifting body 6 is supported by the lifting device main body 1, a plurality of power feeding contacts 8 (which are connected to a power source). (See FIG. 11), they are separately pressed. At that time, the power receiving contact 7 is pushed down against the spring 10.
Further, when the lifting / lowering body 6 is lowered, the power receiving contact 7 is separated from the power feeding contact 8 and simultaneously pushed up by the force of the spring 10.

In the conventional structure in which the tip of the equipment-side lead wire 12 is directly connected to the power-receiving contact 7 as described above, the equipment-side lead wire is moved along with the vertical movement of the power-receiving contact 7 each time it is moved up and down. 12 is moved within the lift 6. By the way, the device-side lead wire 12 inevitably has a workable margin length when connecting it to the power receiving contact 7, and the margin length is accommodated in the lifting body 6. However, the lifting body 6
Since the device itself is not so large, the plurality of device-side lead wires 12 housed therein are overcrowded. This overcrowded state becomes more remarkable as the number of lamps used in the lighting fixture 5 increases.

Therefore, although the device-side lead wires 12 are separated from each other by the separator 20, the device-side lead wires 12 are substantially interfered with each other by the movement of the separator 20, and the power receiving contact is made. The vertical movement of 7 may be hindered. Further, when the electric equipment such as the lighting equipment 5 is attached to the lifting body 6, the equipment-side lead wire 12 may be pulled during the work. Then, the pulling force is applied to the power receiving contact 7
In addition, the vertical movement of the power receiving contact 7 may be hindered.

If the power receiving contact 7 malfunctions due to the above-mentioned reasons, when the lifting body 6 is lifted, the power receiving contact 7 will fail to contact the power feeding contact 8. Then, the contact resistance between the contacts 7 and 8 during conduction is significantly increased, and there is a problem that the contact portion is burned by the heat generated thereby.

In order to achieve the above object, the electric lifting device of the present invention is wound and rewound on a winding drum provided in a lifting device body arranged at a high place on the ceiling side. An elevating body suspended via a wire rope is provided with an electrically insulating contact mount, and a plurality of power receiving contacts that are respectively connected to and separated from a plurality of power supplying contacts provided on the main body and electrically connected to a power source. , Each of which is vertically movably supported on the contact mounting base, and has the same number of relay conductive metal fittings as the power receiving contacts in the mounting base, and these metal fittings and the power receiving contacts are separately connected by relay lead wires. At the same time, a device-side lead wire led from an electric device connected to the lifting body is connected to the relay conductive fitting.

According to the above construction, the power receiving contact and the equipment-side lead wire are electrically connected to each other via the relay lead wire and the relay conductive metal fitting without directly connecting them. By shortening at least the amount corresponding to the relay lead wire and the relay conductive metal fitting, the length of the lead wire accommodated in the lifting body can be shortened. In addition, when the electrical equipment is attached to the lifting body, the pulling force applied when the equipment-side lead wire is pulled during the work is stopped by acting on the relay conductive metal fittings, and is applied to the relay lead wire and the power receiving contact. It does not extend.

When the lifting / lowering body 24 is raised and engaged and held by the lifting / lowering device main body 21, the power receiving contact 73 contacts the power feeding contact 31, and the power receiving contact 73 moves downward against the spring 74. While being pressed against the power supply contact 31. Thereby, the lighting fixture A and the power supply are electrically connected. In addition,
The pressure contact is strengthened by not only the biasing force of the spring 74 but also the biasing force of a coil spring (not shown) that biases the contact mounting plate 50 downward. Further, when the lifting body 24 descends, the power receiving contact 73 separates from the power supplying contact 31, the lighting fixture A is disconnected from the power source, and the power receiving contact 73
Is pushed up by the spring 74. The up-and-down movement of the power receiving contact 73 associated with the ascending / descending is smoothly performed for the following reason, so that the contact portion can be used without fear of being burned after maintenance and inspection.

That is, the power receiving contact 73 and the appliance side lead wire 68 are electrically connected to each other via the relay lead wire 70 and the relay conductive metal fitting 65 without being directly connected. Therefore, the length of the instrument side lead wire 68 can be shortened by at least the amount corresponding to the relay lead wire 70 and the relay conductive metal fitting 65, and accordingly, the instrument side lead wire 68.
It is possible to shorten the length in which the is housed in the lifting body 24. Therefore, the appliance-side lead wire 68 is not housed in the lifting body 24 in an overcrowded state, and the interference between the lead wire 68 and the power receiving contact 73 and the relay lead wire 70 can be prevented. The relay lead wire 70 alone moves up and down, and the appliance-side lead wire 68 does not hinder the operation.

As described above in detail, in the electric lifting apparatus of the present invention, the equipment side lead wire is not housed in the lifting body in an overcrowded state, and the lead wire, the power receiving contact, and the relay lead wire are provided. It can prevent interference with
When the electric equipment side lead wire is pulled when the electric equipment is attached to the lifting body, the pulling force does not affect the relay lead wire and the electric power receiving contact, so that the smooth vertical movement of the electric receiving contact can be guaranteed. The contact failure between the power feeding contact and the power receiving contact is eliminated, and the contact portion can be prevented from burning due to an increase in contact resistance between the two contacts when conducting.
