り、突子10を超えてピン9に嵌合されている。
連結棒の両端から二番目の前記風向調節板2の切
欠部7に対応する個所には山形突片11,11が
形成されている。

動を停止するようになつているので、上下いずれ
かの方向にも風向調節板を最大限に傾斜させるこ
とができ、しかもデツドロツクを上下何れの方向
においても防止できると共に、外観的にも美観を
損ねることがないという効果が得られる。
