等の欠点が多い。 Traditionally, it is difficult to process ribs in the direction of airflow for ducts built mainly for air conditioning, heating and cooling, smoke exhaust, etc. inside buildings, so when ribbing is done to strengthen the outer panel and prevent vibration, it is necessary to create ribs at right angles to the airflow. It is common to process horizontal ribs in the direction, but the horizontal rib type has a simple cross-sectional shape and only creates shallow ribs, so it is not effective in reinforcing the entire duct, and it is not perfect for plate vibration isolation. In addition, because the ribs are outwardly convex to avoid air resistance, dirt accumulates in the depressions formed on the inside bottom of the duct, and many angle steel frames must be installed to strengthen the duct. There are many shortcomings.

In this cylindrical duct, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a number of concave ribs 3 with high vibration resistance and bending stress are provided on each surface of the outer plate 2 in the same vertical direction as the air flow inside the duct using a special method. The block 1 is assembled by forming the block 1 by the following steps.

With this method, the shape of the duct is deep in the vertical direction, and
It absorbs the distortion of the outer panel and has excellent vibration resistance.
Due to its high reinforcing properties, the bending stress of the entire duct increases.

特性を有している。 Therefore, reinforcement with angle steel 7 at regular intervals in the longitudinal method is not necessary, so materials are saved and the overall weight is reduced. In terms of construction, workability is improved and the construction period is shortened, and in terms of performance, plate vibration is reduced. This completely prevents reinforcing angle steel in the conventional method.
It has excellent properties such as no air leakage and no dirt buildup inside because there are no bolt holes for connection.
