Abstract

PURPOSE:To reconnect lines automatically immediately after the completion of the passing of a local weak electric field part and to restart a calling even a communication unavailable state is generated due to the local weak electric field parts such as a valley between tall buildings and inside a tunnel or the like. CONSTITUTION:At the side of portable radio telephone sets 31 and 32, when the calling is interrupted by entering the local weak electric field area, the process to transmit specified information that recalling is to be performed from the own set immediately at the point of time of getting out of the same area is preliminarily included in a calling process when calling an opposite party or an optional process after that. At the side of base stations 21-25, when this specified information is included in the calling process or the optional process from the radio telephone sets 31 and 32, responding to the interruption of the calling from the radio telephone sets, the process to hold a radio channel until then for a fixed time, to tell a communicating party until then that the calling is interrupted and reconnecting processing is being performed, to perform a clear-down temporarily, to stand by the restarting of the communication from the radio telephone sets after that and to perform the reconnection with the opposite party is included.

A plurality of these base stations are arranged at appropriate intervals so that their service areas are in contact with each other, whereby a user of a mobile radio telephone such as an automobile telephone or a mobile telephone can use the entire service area. While arbitrarily moving, a call can be made with another wired or wireless telephone by using the corresponding base station as a relay point.

By the way, in such a mobile communication system, there are locally extremely weak electric fields even in the service area, such as in valleys of buildings in urban areas and in tunnels of expressways. It is known to exist, and when the mobile radiotelephone passes through such a weak electric field portion, a state where communication with the base station is temporarily impossible occurs.

However, since the above-mentioned disconnection of the line is caused by the passage of the local weak electric field portion, it is almost impossible to predict this in advance and negotiate the procedure for reconnection with the other party. When reconnecting after passing through the weak electric field, it is confusing as to which one of the mobile wireless telephone owner and the other party's machine (wired telephone or wireless telephone) is calling, and both are simultaneously If reconnection processing is performed, it is difficult to connect both parties during a call, and in a service area in an urban area where a disconnection is likely to occur due to the passage of a local weak electric field portion, a wireless line is always available. It is often operated near full, so once the line is cut off,
Even when trying to reconnect the line, there was a problem that it was difficult to connect.

The present invention provides 1 or 2
The above mobile radio telephones and one or two or more base stations each having its own service area and communicating with the radio telephones only when the radio telephones are located within their own service area. In the mobile communication system consisting of the above, on the side of the mobile radio telephone, when a call is interrupted by entering a local weak electric field area, the mobile radio telephone immediately re-calls from the own terminal when leaving the area. The process of transmitting the specific information of is included in advance in the calling process when making a call to the other party or any subsequent process,
And when the call is actually interrupted after entering the local weak electric field area, when the call exits the area, it includes a process of immediately re-calling from the terminal to the other party of the call until then, and the base station If the specific information is included in the call processing from the wireless telephone or the arbitrary processing, the wireless telephone responds to the call interruption from the wireless telephone and keeps the wireless line for a certain period of time. Hold the call and inform the other party that the call was interrupted and that reconnection processing is in progress, end the call once, and then wait for communication restart from the wireless telephone before reconnecting with the other party. It is characterized by including a process of connecting.

Then, in order to deal with such a situation,
In the mobile communication system of the present invention, the mobile radio telephone 3
On the side of No. 1, when the call enters the local weak electric field area 71 and the call is interrupted, a process for sending out specific information to the effect that the call will be recalled from the own machine 31 immediately after exiting the area 71. , If the call is interrupted when it is included in the calling process when making a call to the other party or any subsequent process, and then the local weak electric field area 71 is actually entered and the call is interrupted, In the case where the processing for immediately re-calling from the own terminal 31 to the other party on the call is included, and the specific information is included in the processing for calling or calling from the wireless telephone 31 on the side of the base station 21. Responds to the interruption of the call from the wireless telephone 31, holds the existing wireless line for a certain period of time, and performs the disconnection and the reconnection process to the called party up to that point. Tell the story and end It performed, then configured to include the reconnect process performed by the other party waiting for the communication resumption from the wireless telephone 31.

When connection processing is performed in this reconnection mode,
The specific information to that effect is registered in the base station 21. still,
It is needless to say that the process of registering the above-mentioned specific information in the base station 21 in advance does not necessarily have to be performed at the time of connection, and may be performed from the mobile radio telephone 31 side at an arbitrary time after the start of a call. Furthermore, the reconnection timing may be measured by measuring a predetermined time with a timer after the call is cut off, or by confirming that the received electric field has been restored normally, or by using both of them together. As described above, various methods can be adopted.

According to the system of the above embodiment, when the mobile wireless telephone 31 enters the local weak electric field area 71 and the call is interrupted, the mobile wireless telephone 31 immediately outputs the area immediately after leaving the area 71. The process of transmitting the specific information indicating that the machine 31 is to be called again is included in the calling process when making a call to the other party 51 or any subsequent process in advance, and thereafter, the local weak electric field area 71 is actually included. When a call is interrupted after entering the area, a process for re-calling from the own device 31 to the other party 51 of the call until then is included at the time of exiting the area, and the wireless telephone 31 is provided on the base station 21 side. If the specific information is included in the call process or the process from the call, the wireless line up to that time is held for a certain period of time in response to the call interruption from the wireless telephone 31, and the call up to that time is performed. For the destination Is configured to include the processing of telling that the call is interrupted and performing the reconnection processing, ending the call once, and then waiting for the communication restart from the wireless telephone 31 to reconnect with the other party 51. , You can save the trouble of reconnecting after the call is cut off.
Also, you will not be confused about whether to perform the reconnection process from the side of the mobile wireless phone or the other party's machine (wired phone or wireless phone), and both parties will not be able to talk by reconnecting at the same time. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid the situation where the line is full and it is difficult to connect.

As described above, according to the present invention, a base station and a mobile radio telephone caused by passage of a local weak electric field portion such as a valley of a building in a city area or a tunnel of a highway. If the communication incompatibility occurs, the line can be automatically reconnected immediately after the passage of the local weak electric field portion to restart the call, so that it is necessary to reconnect after the call is disconnected. You can omit it, and you will not be confused whether to perform the reconnection process from the side of the mobile wireless phone or the other party (wired phone or wireless phone),
Also, since both parties perform the reconnection process at the same time, it is possible to avoid a situation where a call cannot be made, and it is possible to avoid a situation where the line is full and it is difficult to connect.

1. One or more mobile radiotelephones, each having its own service area,
In a mobile communication system consisting of one or more base stations that communicate with the wireless telephone only when the wireless telephone is located within its own service area, the mobile wireless telephone has a local When a call is interrupted when entering a typical weak electric field area, the process of sending specific information to the effect that a call will be recalled from the terminal immediately upon exiting the area will be performed. If it is included in the call processing or any subsequent processing in advance, and if the call is actually interrupted after entering the local weak electric field area, immediately when the user exits the area, the caller immediately returns to the other party. The base station side includes a process for re-calling, and if the specific information is included in the calling process from the wireless telephone or the arbitrary process, the side of the base station is notified from the wireless telephone. In response to the interruption, keep the wireless line up to that point for a certain period of time, and inform the other party up to that point that the call has been interrupted and that reconnection processing is being performed, and once the call is terminated. A mobile communication system including a process of reconnecting with the other party after waiting for communication restart from the wireless telephone.
