[考案が解決しようとする課題] 上記従来技術においては、複数の取水口に設け
られた扉体の開閉はすべて連動されており、溜池
の底部の土砂を多く含んだ濁つた水を取水してし
まう問題があつた。また、扉体の閉塞時における
異物の噛み込み等による下部に配設された扉体の
閉鎖不良及び扉体の腐蝕による漏水の懸念があつ
た。

設された底壁部6とを有している。7は溜池1の
底部に底壁部6内に位置して水平に配設された水
路であり、この水路7の土砂掃き口8には、鉛直
に配設した枠体9のガイドレール10に沿つてハ
ンドル11の操作によりねじ部12を介して昇降
する土砂掃き用扉体13が設けられ、この土砂掃
き用扉体13の昇降により土砂掃き口8を開閉す
るようにしている。14は堤防2の勾配に沿うよ
うにして前壁部5内に位置して設けられた導水管
であり、この導水管14の下端が水路7に連通接
続されている。15は導水管14の上端に連通接
続されたエア抜管であり、このエア抜管15の先
端開口部15Aが大気中に開口されている。16
は導水管14に連通して縦列に配設された複数の
取水口であり、各取水口16は導水管14に設け
られた孔17に固着されかつ前壁部5の孔内18
内に位置するステンレス等の金属製の筒状ソケツ
ト19と、このソケツト19の上部にテーパ状ね
じ部20によつて螺着されたビニール等耐腐蝕性
材料からなるバルブソケツト21から構成されて
いる。また孔18の内周面とソケツト19、バル
ブソケツト21の外周面との間には間詰セメント
22が装填されている。また、前記バルブソケツ
ト21内には段部23を介してテーパ状内周面2
4Aを有する嵌着受口24が形成されている。2

バルブソケツト21に嵌着することにより閉塞す

ることによつて堤防2上から栓体26を開放操作
できる。
