Abstract

PURPOSE:To consolidate and improve the natural ground by correctly injecting, foaming, and hardening the urethane foam resin having the quick hardening speed over the whole drilled hole of the natural ground via the simple work. CONSTITUTION:A hollow rod 1 provided with a hole 2 at the tip section is inserted into a drilled hole 23 of the natural ground (b), a short hose 24 is inserted into the mouth of the drilled hole 23, and wastes 26 are packed in it. Urethane foam resin is injected into the mouth of the drilled hole 23 through the hose 24, it is foamed and hardened, and the mouth of the drilled hole 23 is sealed by a urethane foam resin body 27. The urethane foam resin is injected into the whole drilled hole 23 from the hole 2 at the tip section of the rod 1 through the hollow section 2 of the rod 1, and it is foamed and hardened.

2. Description of the Related Art As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-63687, a conventional ground consolidation method of this type is one in which a liquid-absorbent substrate is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of a pipe to form the liquid-absorbent substrate. After the material is impregnated with the foaming chemical, the pipe with the liquid-absorbent substrate is inserted into the hole in the ground, and the foaming and curing reaction of the foaming chemical progresses to form a foam layer around the pipe. The foam layer fills the gap between the pipe and the wall surface of the hole of the natural ground and fixes the pipe in the hole, and then the solidification drug solution is passed through the hollow part of the pipe and injected into the inner part of the hole. Then, it penetrates into the ground and reacts and hardens to solidify the ground around the hole.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, since a urethane foam resin having a fast curing rate can be injected easily over the entire inside of the perforation of the ground with a simple operation, a hole is formed at the tip. Insert the hollow rod provided with in the hole of the ground,
After inserting a short hose into the mouth of the perforation and filling the waste with the mouth to close the mouth, a fixed amount of a two-component mixed urethane foam resin having a fast curing rate is mixed and passed through the hose into the mouth of the perforation. Then, it is foamed and cured, and then mixed with a two-component urethane foam resin with a fast curing rate, passed through the hollow part of the rod and injected through the hole at the tip of the rod into the hole. First, for the purpose of injecting urethane foam that has a fast curing speed over the entire inside of the perforation of the natural rock by foaming and hardening to consolidate the natural rock, first foam the mouth of the perforation of the natural rock. After the urethane resin was sealed by foaming and curing, it was realized by injecting the urethane foam resin into the hole through the hole at the tip of the hollow part of the rod.

(2) After the mouth of the perforation is sealed with the urethane foam resin body, the urethane foam resin is passed through the hollow part of the rod and injected through the entire hole through the hole at the tip of the rod. It is possible to quickly and satisfactorily inject into the perforations from the hollow portion of the rod, and to foam and harden without leaking from the mouth of the perforations, and to press the natural ground over the entire perforations to bring them into close contact.

(3) Because the urethane foam resin to be injected has a low liquid viscosity, the urethane foam resin penetrates into fine cracks and sandy soil in soft ground such as rocky ground and sandy soil. Then, the urethane foam resin is foamed and solidified, and since the urethane foam resin has an adhesive force to the ground, the ground can be tightly bonded and improved.

(4) Since the urethane foam resin has a high curing speed of several seconds to several tens of seconds, the urethane foam resin can be injected into a limited range, thus preventing waste of material.
