Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a compact rigid electric line for an electric railcar where troubles of electrolytic corrosion and of feeding ability can be dissolved, and a trolley wire can be simply attached with its posture kept accurately. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 having about T-shaped section is made of copper or copper alloy. A trolley wire 1 is steadily supported at three points in its cross section, namely two points where a pair of locking recesses 9, 9 abut on the locking pawl 15 of the frame 2 and the sandwichedly holding pawl part 27 of a lug 6 and one point where a curved convex face 12 abuts on the abutted face 13 of the frame 2.

A rigid body electric wire according to the present invention comprises a gantry having a substantially T-shaped cross section, a trolley wire attached to the tip of the gantry, and an ear for holding the trolley wire on the gantry. The mount is made of copper or a copper-based alloy, and the contact surface facing toward the distal end, the locking claw portion formed on the distal side of the contact surface, and the base end of the ear are in contact with each other. The ear, which has a contacting sloped surface and is attached to the gantry by a fastener, cooperates with the locking claw portion of the gantry while engaging with the pair of locking concave grooves of the trolley wire. The gripping claw portion for holding is provided at the tip, and the trolley wire is pulled toward the base end side by colliding with the sloped surface of the pedestal in cooperation with the sloped surface to form the curved convex surface of the trolley wire. The trolley wire has a sloping surface at the base end that is brought into pressure contact with the abutment surface of the frame, and the trolley wire has a pair of locking concave There was configured with two points brought into contact with the locking claw part and the clamping claw portion, at a total of three points of one point the curved convex surface abuts against the abutment surface of the frame, is maintained.

1. A gantry having a substantially T-shaped cross section, a trolley wire attached to the tip of the gantry, and an ear for holding the trolley wire on the gantry, the gantry being made of copper or a copper alloy. At the same time, it has a contact surface facing the tip direction, a locking claw portion formed on the tip side of the contact surface, and a sloped surface with which the base end portion of the ear contacts, and The ear attached to the pedestal has, at the tip, a holding claw portion that cooperates with the locking claw portion of the pedestal and that holds the pair of locking recessed grooves of the trolley wire while holding it. Of the trolley wire is brought into contact with the inclined surface of the trolley wire toward the base end side, and the curved convex surface of the trolley wire is pressed against the contact surface of the gantry. And the trolley wire has a cross-section in cross section, and a pair of locking concave grooves contact the locking claw portion and the holding claw portion at two points. A rigid train line, characterized in that the curved convex surface is held at a total of three points, one of which is in contact with the contact surface of the gantry.
